From the beginning Michael returned my call, came out and gave me a fair and honest quote to complete the job. We discussed some options, like leaving some wood for our fireplace, agreed on a price and they were here within a day. (I lucked out and caught them at a good time) I had basically 6 trees that needed to be taken down (two split), along with trimming some large branches hanging over our home. One of our oaks was old, split and partially hollowed out. This large oak was between our new home and garage and was dangerous. Needless to say, Michael and his crew got the tree down within the day and cleaned up. Zero damage to anything. The next day (today), they took down 5 other trees that needed to go. Again, they did an outstanding job and they were amazing to watch when I had some free time. Because of the snow, it's difficult to clean up all the saw dust, but they have done a great job at cleaning up branches and the dust they could get at. They even picked up small twigs on my roofline. Anyway, this company is safe, professional and detailed . Michael kept me informed at the beginning of the project and at the end of the day to let me know what his next plan of attack was.
