Checked in on 6/1/19, approx 2:00. The representative that checked me in was rude, I will have to check my receipt to get her name, and though MY reservation was in MY name, she handed my room key to the guy that was with me, but I did not give her authorization to hand MY room key to HIM!!! She did not know my relationship to him. That is unacceptable. I have stayed at this hotel previously, and enjoyed it. But not THIS particular visit. I doubt I will return. After realizing that I left my tote in the lobby, upon leaving, the next day, (Sunday), I called and was told that the tote was there. I returned to get it, and After waiting patiently, for Isaiah, to finish helping a customer, another woman had approached the desk, Isaiah proceeded to help HER, instead of me, I was only there to retrieve my tote. I saw no one I recognized from previous visits. This new crop of workers should be retrained. The ones I came into contact with on this visit, is the reason I will not book this hotel again. It was an awful experience. These two, that I encountered, have no business being at the FRONT desk. They represent your hotel badly. read more

This was a great hotel to stay in! The price was right for what we got I was impressed. The rooms are 1960's modern very cool wallpaper, bedding, and furnishing all around the hotel and in the rooms. The one thing I didn't like was the lighting in the vanity mirror (putting on my make up wasn't so easy). The pullout couch isn't that comfortable either but it isn't awful just nothing special- so I guess if anyone with back problems was considering sleeping on the pullout sofa I'd say get a room with another bed rather. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The staff was nice here. The continental breakfast is pretty good they offered hot food such as waffles, eggs, and coffee... as well as cereals, yogurt, juice, and milk which starts at 7am and like all continental breakfasts it's good to get there when it starts sense everyone else is thinking the same thing! Great location if you are visiting or working on the east side of town, but a good 20 to 30 min to get anywhere near the strip. read more

So far so good, i enjoyed staying here a month ago when i flew out for an MMA fight here in vegas. It was centrally located to a coworkers home where there was an after party following the fights. I am now here working for a few weeks, i have made this my hotel of choice when im out here working. Beds are great plenty of pillows. Have stayed her a few times visiting family in Henderson. This hotel room was DIRTY. The towels were semen stained as well as stained with blood/urine (don't want to think about what else). TV was broken, I asked for it to be repaired - they sent someone from the laundry room to help who (obviously) was no help. I brought the semen towel to the management and asked for the GM to call me. It's been 4 months, and no call. I am a Marriott Ambassador, so I spend 100+ days a year at Marriott hotels, this is one of the worst I've ever been in. Cleanliness is table stakes in hoteling, Springhill Suites failed substantively and then failed from a customer service perspective. read more

We were staying in henderson for thanksgiving with family and got a good price on a room here. The location was perfect, less than 2 miles from the in-law's house. We stayed two nights. The check-in in the beautiful lobby took 2 minutes, really liked that after driving in from Los Angeles. Found out at the front desk that there's an exercise room, or you can show your room key at the Gold's across the street and work out for free. No matter how good a hotel gym is, having access to a full gold's gym is priceless. No hotel gym has a squat rack! We are members at home anyway, but showing the room key is actually quicker than having them call your home gym and filling out the form, so we just showed our keys and worked out, walked back to the hotel. This is the reason the review is 4 stars instead of three. The room is very nice, liked the layout. Nice couch (looked to be a sleeper) and a desk which breaks the room up a bit with the bed and the wardrobe on the other side. We were able to put our daughter down in bed and then watch tv on the couch until we went to bed. Bathroom was okay, counter space was a little limited. Room has an empty fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and a little snack shop downstairs with some microwavable food, snacks, sodas and energy drinks. The wifi was a huge problem for me, for two reasons: i couldn't connect to my remote desktop back at the office, and we couldn't process any payments online (we did some online black friday shopping). When i disconnected from their wifi and connected to my tethered iphone, we were able to do both. I'm not sure why a hotel would have their internet set up that way, if i was there for business it would have been a huge bummer not to have internet that would allow me to connect to my office. Additionally, i had paid for the upgraded internet (only 5 bucks but still gives me more room to complain haha) to get a little more speed for my remote connection. The walls and ceiling were a little thin, there were some travel youth soccer teams staying at the hotel and i could hear doors opening and people running through the halls above us. I'm a deep sleeper and i woke up at 1:30am the second night from the room next to us opening and closing their doors and yelling at each other. I'm a 205 pound powerlifter with a lot of tattoos, so all it took was for me to open the door in nothing but basketball shorts and look at them for 5 seconds to not hear another peep all night. The complimentary breakfast was nice, oatmeal and eggs, fresh fruit, selection of coffees and yogurts and a waffle maker. My daughter wakes up at like 6:30 so we went down when it first opened and it was nice and empty, 2-3 people. When we left around 9:30 for the gym there was a line of about 25 people and no available tables. The same thing happened when we went to check out which made it a little tricky to get our luggage past, since the line forms in the same 4' hallway you need to use to get to the front doors. All in all, the next time we get a hotel to visit henderson we will probably use the same one. read more

Overall the rooms were beautiful and was a great place to stay with my family for New Years! The main bed was comfy, the rooms were fairly spacious and the staff were genuinely welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The only qualm I have is when using the pull-out sofa bed. The matress they use for it consists of all spring and no cushion (if not very little) and the bedding package did not come with a bedsheet cover. Other that, this is a good place to stay if you want to stay in a hotel outside of the strip. read more

We as usual when going between Reno and Phoenix stay a night or two near or in Las Vegas. This time we opted for Henderson and the SpringHill Suites. It is quite modern in décor with beaded and sheer floor to ceiling drapery to divide the lobby and eating areas. The room too was decorated in this modern mode with very sleek surfaces and lighting. We had one of the longer rooms with a seating area and a sleeping area. A very nice clean view of downtown - strip area. I would have liked this place a lot. But...... once again the beds were just horrible and Gus too agreed with me and he can sleep on anything. So I guess we won't be staying here again. Too bad. read more

I was working for the U.S. Census Bureau in San Diego when a group of us were assigned to Henderson, NV (just south of Las Vegas) for a few days, from September 24 -October 3, 2020 to assist the Census Office there. The Springhill Marriott was fantastic! The housekeeping staff was outstanding, the front desk personnel extremely nice and very helpful (especially the young lady who was there every morning, thin, shoulder length dark hair, GREAT smile and attitude!! She should BE the FACE of Marriott!! Corporate Office are you getting this??) just an overall excellent time! The only downfall was the fact that they did not offer a breakfast buffet of sorts (due to COVID-19 of course) but did offer guests a small bag, every morning, with either a muffin and granola bar or orange juice and yogurt, which was greatly appreciated by our members! Every morning (and periodically during the day) I utilized their lobby as my "office" meeting with my Census team at 8:30am, then organizing the day's plan from there. Everyone I encountered from the hotel consistently asked me, "How is everything, sir?" "Is there anything you need?" All day, every day! This to me, demonstrated an extremely well run hotel! Because I spent considerable time at my "office" (in the corner, on the window side, with a small table in front of me, facing the TV) I was able to watch the daily movements of the guests and the employees. The room was equally impressive as well! It even had a walk-in closet! And the bathroom mirror was round and back-lit! Very cool addition! Kudos to the person who made the choice to use these mirrors! The bathroom was large and spacious! Two TV's in the room as well! The downstairs gym looked very modern, although, I admit, I did not utilize it. And, the hotel even had a laundry room! Two washers and 4 dryers! How many hotels offer that service? Overall, my 10 days at Springhill Marriott in Henderson, Nevada were great! I would definitely recommend it for travelers of ALL types! Business types, families or just vacationers visiting Vegas! Oh, and if you want the BEST pizza you've EVER had (and I do mean BEST, and yes I have had New York Pizza AND Chicago pizza, thank you!) You MUST try Marco's Pizza! They deliver to the hotel! After a long drive due to weather the check in process was amazing and painless... The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating with every request we had! The room was very nice, clean and spacious for the 4 of us! The continental breakfast was much more than I thought, lots to choose from and hot items too! This does get very busy so get there early!! Waffle station, eggs and sausage were definitely a plus for both of my kids. Would definitely return here to stay. Was not a bad drive to the strip and lots of stuff around the area to eat and shop. read more

Someone attempted to scam me while staying here. They somehow got through to my room telephone, knew my name (even though my employer books my hotel rooms), and told me that there were some charges to my room they wanted to verify because their system had gone down earlier that morning. I told them there were no charges that I had made, and they said they needed a card number to credit me back. I contacted the hotel manager and they did nothing but apologize for the inconvenience. Here's my concern: My name doesn't show up anywhere on the records of booking besides on the sign-in sheet that only the front desk would have access to. It clearly seems to me that someone that works for the hotel is selling our contact information so someone else can scam us! The manager's lack of surprise from the incident also tells me that they must be used to this happening to their guests. Why didn't they warn us?! Stay away from this scam hotel. read more

To be a relatively new hotel the room were not so clean with visual ware and tear. Furniture was not clean. House keeping removed the extra blanket and left the trash can full. Also to pay $10 a day to park in Henderson Nv is plain greed and taking advantage of customers. Pool was not open and just felt as it was over priced for what I received read more

Wowza! This hotel was absolutely perfect, from easy check-in to gorgeous rooms to professional staff. Wow. Our stay was everything I could ask for. They even serve Nutella at breakfast!!! (I highly recommend it spread over their delicious croissants! Or as dip for the fresh strawberries!Mmmmm) I loved the walk in closet! We were on a family road trip and it gave everyone a place to change, leaving the bathroom free. The indoor pool and spa was a dream after a long day on the road. Everything was wonderful. Room seemed fairly clean but the bed, covers and pillows were so very, very, very uncomfortable!! My husband (usually a heavy sleeper) and I were unable to have a good night rest because of the bed and the super loud AC blasting on and off at us all night (it was too hot to turn it off completely). Also our toilet had a weird brown stain on that I asked the front desk about but I don't think they ever came to look when we stepped out. Breakfast was all out (eggs, sausages, oatmeal, waffle) the next morning (9am on Sunday) and we waited a good 10 minutes but decided it wasn't worth it to keep waiting so we grabbed a mushy muffin and left. I guess can't complain much since it's complimentary. Overall disappointed with this stay, made me think twice before I want to book another similar Marriott in the future. I was not impressed. General manager did not wear his mask appropriately, letting it fall under his nose. Had to ask twice for soap and towels during our two-day stay. Breakfast post covid is brown bags but a muffin and a small snack bar ... really? No juice, no ice, no fruit, no pool, no service. Had to go to the front desk to pick up soap on day 2. They did manage to quiet a loud guest 20 minutes after the raucus started. We understand the level of service is diminished with covid but this stay was Motel 6 at Marriott prices. Guests were in the lobby without masks and there was no effort by management to stop them even though signs were posted that said "no mask, no service." read more

This hotel was way farther off the strip than I had imagined. It was like 15 minutes drive away on the freeway! Well it's ok, it was a really nice place. The lobby was modern and new and clean. The staff was very friendly and upbeat when we checked in. There is free parking in their surrounding lot outside which is great. The room was really nice. It was modern and clean. There is a pull out bed from the sofa, nice artwork, a desk space for working, the bed, a closet, bathroom, coffee and mini fridge area. It's not a really big room for a suite expectation but it has all the necessities of work live area. They had all the linens and pillows and extras for the pull out bed in the closet. And the room comes with a free breakfast in the morning. I didn't get to try it so I can't say anything about it but that's cool! I don't like the elevators, they make weird squeaky noises and one of them rumbles like its getting ready to fall. Otherwise, this place is nice! Oh they have a fitness center and a whirlpool and pool but again didn't try it so don't know how it was. read more

Not a good experience. My husband and I checked in for one night and here are the issues we experienced. We asked for extra towels when we check in, around 2:00 pm. Front desk (Angelica) told us they would be sent up and they never arrived. My husband had to go get them at 6:00 pm before we went to dinner. The suite is nice, with the work space but we asked for a king size bed and even though the bed was king size, the box spring must have been a queen. The box spring was smaller than the mattress. Have you ever tried to sleep on a bed where the box spring is smaller than the mattress? If not, I can tell you I woke up with a severe back ache. Every time you move in a bed like this you hear it. HORRIBLE!! The biggest issue I had with this hotel is that about 9:00 pm, my husband and I were laying in bed watching some TV and all of a sudden we hear what sounds like cattle being herded down the floor. We herd loud stamping and running, then kids laughing and screaming and then a series of doors being slammed at the end of the hall. That weird!! In another 5 minutes, we hear the same thing again and then in another 5 minutes and another 5 minutes. After the third time, I was upset and if I didn't have my pajama's on, I would have marched down to the front desk to confront Angelica myself but since I was I called. Conveniently, no one answered. This lound stomping, door slamming, kids laughing nonsense went on the whole night. Not only on our floor, but above, next door and unbelievably noisy. The next morning, we found out what was going on. It seems that three tour buses with 8th to 12th grade kids had some kind of tour and stayed at the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson. Obviously, these kids were unsupervised and the SpringHill Suites managment and staff knew about this but didn't let any unsuspecting guests know. I had to stand in line to voice my dissastisfaction the next morning, because all of the "regular" paying guests were extremely upset. If I had it my way, after all that not only I and my husband went through but all of the regular paying guest went through, I would have Mr. Jonathan Biehler (general manager) and Angelica fired. I have been a Marriott member for a very long time and I have NEVER experienced anything like this, EVER!! That is the reason I stay at Marriott when I am traveling, so I don't have to deal with the unexpected "junk" that happens in normal hotels. I like staying at a hotel that I know will have a clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast anywhere in the US or the World. Do yourself a favor, don't stay at the Springhill Suites Las Vegas Henderson. read more

I stayed at this hotel again a few weeks ago to attend the second season of my daughter's dance competition in Henderson and again, they were amazing. This hotel is clean and modern with spacious rooms that feel like mini apartments - it has a wonderful free breakfast buffet, a nice indoor and outdoor pool area and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They allowed for us to have early check in, they allowed for us to have late check out and they were professional and courteous with all of our tiny extra requests, such as extra towels, pillows and even a cork screw to open a bottle of wine. I honestly can say I would never stay any where else in Henderson other than this hotel. They really have a true understanding of amazing customer service. read more

Worst place I have ever stayed....we are in the aviation industry and have stayed in many hotels and cities but this place is horrible! As soon as you walk in it looks like a wedding w horrible decorations. They say they recently remodeled, but the rooms were awful. The included breakfast setup was so unorganized too. I walked to Starbucks it was much easier than getting my hand cut off from all the people gathering in a tight place to get a bite to eat. Amber was not very friendly either upon checking in (should have been a sign to get the heck out) but not everyone likes their job and it shows. Stayed one night, but left and went to the Green Valley Ranch which was wonderful. Also the Hilton in Lake Las Vegas was nice but not too much going on but nice to get away from the lights and people. Just don't stay at this Marriott! read more

I was very pleased with the hotel. Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was nice - a good size and layout and adequate lighting, something lacking at the last couple of hotels at which I stayed. Parking at the hotel is free, and the location is by plenty of stores and restaurants. The only suggestion I would make is to do something to the room doors so they don't close with a loud slam. The person staying in the room next door to mine got up earlier than me and went in and out, with his door slamming and waking me each time. read more

Chic, clean, nicely furnished rooms with couch and desk, has a tiny gym (but hotel guests also have access to gold's gym accross the road), tiny pool and hot tub (can also use outdoor pool by towne place suites accross the parking lot), wifi is included, excellent breakfast, and (drum roll) happy hour from 6-8 pm everynight. A nice way to meet some of the other hotel guests. Drinks are free but tips expected. If I were to come back would definitely stay here again. read more

First, I'd like to say that the sales manager Brooke was AMAZING! She was very easy to communicate with and made our planning easy! Working with Brooke, I was able to book a group of 14 rooms for our high school baseball team. Upon arrival, we realized that breakfast didn't start until 7am which was gonna be a problem for our group because our games started at 8. After speaking to the front desk staff, they said they would "try" to have things ready by 6am but I would have to call to make sure but they couldn't promise anything with the late notice...completely understandable (my fault)! Well, I called down at 5:45am and they informed me breakfast was ready!! This was such a blessing and we couldn't be more appreciative! The staff also had breakfast ready for us at 6am the following day which made thing much easier for our teenage boys! By the way, breakfast was amazing! The food was excellent! I am typically a very picky eater and I don't have one bad thing to say about it!!! The hotel staff was also very accommodating in allowing us to use the lobby for our group dinner. Every single person I had contact with at this hotel was polite, happy and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! This is a great hotel in Henderson, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone! read more

Great hotel!!! We stayed with our travel volleyball team and took a short commute into Las Vegas daily. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fine staff and a decent breakfast to start your day. On our last day we returned in the late afternoon to find our room unmade. The maid came around 4 pm that afternoon. The only other minor complaint is the bathroom is in the center of the room, so if someone is getting ready early, they are right on top on anyone still in bed. read more

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Las Vegas area. The hotel is typical Springhill Suites decor. The room was ok but when we first arrived the bathtub had a bad leak and was gushing out water. I went down to the lobby and the man at the front desk got someone to come upstairs with me to fix it right away and he did. The room air unit was very loud so we kept it off most of the time we were in the room. Breakfast was ok but Residence Inn breakfasts are typically a lot better so this was not great. Powdered eggs, either turkey sausages or bacon, self-made waffles, toast, yogurt, and coffee. It was definitely ok for the price of $99/night so no complaints. I would probably try another hotel next time just for variety. Oh, and the pool was freezing so I mainly used the spa. Both are small and indoors. read more

WARNING!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. I stayed at the Springhill Suites this week and two days later had $200.00 cleaning charge applied to my card. They claimed that someone peed on the bed and damaged the bed. The management there are dishonest. I am a 60 year old professional woman with a service dog that is always with me. We only stayed in the room to sleep because I was at the hospital with my brother who is dying. I had my service dog with me at all times. I'm so upset that they would do this. Do NOT stay at this facility. I have traveled all over the world and almost always stay at a Marriott Property. I have NEVER had a problem like this. My stay at this Springhill Suites was excellent. Customer service was fast and very friendly. The staff did their best to make me feel welcome. The hotel and rooms are very clean and decorated in such a manner as to provide a pleasing and comfortable atmosphere. If I had a complaint at all it would be that my mattress was a bit hard but that's personal preference and in no way should reflect poorly on this hotel. read more

I've stayed here in the past. Things are getting run down. Everything is getting old and not maintained. The carpets in the hallways and lobby are very dirty and faded. The remote for the TV barely work. The toilet handle doesn't flush until pushed several times. The AC is super loud and wore out. This place is about 6 years old. It needs a total renovation.
