From an easy and smooth check-in to the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles at the complimentary breakfast, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After a long day at the parks, it was a relief to come back to our spacious and clean room to rejuvenate before our next daily adventure. Perfectly fine for business travel it if you need an affordable, easy to book stay in the Disney area. I have stayed here twice. The first time the month it opened for moving into my CP dorm (very close if you are an incoming or outgoing CP or PI and in need to a place to stay over night before work after moving into Disney housing! The second time in July 2025 and my stay was booked 14 hours in advance of arrival. It was a similar experience but with some new cons... Pros: -Proximity to the bubble & Disney springs friendly staff -good pool for this type of hotel /tons of dining options all around you -my room was immaculate and clean. Not a single issue Cons: -like all hotels with this room (I stayed in this exact room 3 weeks earlier in Ohio) the window is quite large and the curtain is not quite long enough to block out the light. Of you are a light sensitive sleeper you will not enjoy your stay. I am a light sensitive sleeper so I was unfortunately awake way before I wanted or planned to be with the sunrise -pay by the hour parking through a third party app (when it used to be free) -the other guests aren't always the nicest -Not enough parking for high season. If you have to pay there needs to be enough. I quite literally got the last spot in the lot at 10:30pm on my last stay you will share pool and parking with 2 other partner hotels which can be crowded While I wouldn't necessarily book this for a vacation it's fine for a pointed visit or short trip. Double check the name of your hotel before booking. I found a spring hill lake buna vista with 3 pools and slides etc...i didn't realize their where so many locations with the same name(west.south etc....) The bad... Parking is 26 a night..our first night my wife came back at 930pm and there was no parking she dropped my daughter off that has special needs..my wife asked where should she park. The front desk said at one of the neighboring hotels...so my wife had to walk back by her self from 2 hotels away... 26 bucks a night a spot should be guaranteed at our hotel.. Issue 2 the hallways are really hot we stayed in room s540 the ac must be broken in the hallways.. also Everytime we went to the pool the pool towels where empty. The rv in the room was in the weirdest spot. If your on the far bed you can't see the tv. If you sit at the desk. A pole is right in front of the tv.. Breakfast was great. And had a lot of room and tables. Close to SeaWorld and restaurants read more

I spent the weekend here while attending a retreat, the location is perfect to go to all of the area theme parks. Breakfast is included, it's the standard powder eggs, choice of turkey or pork sausage, a variety of breads and pastries including gluten free! You could also have oatmeal, yogurt, dry cereals or make your own Mickey waffles! The coffee was good. Breakfast was served from 6:30-9:30 daily. There was a large game room space as well as a gym, pool and guest laundry. There was a bar that served food starting at 4pm, we ate there once, I had a chicken wrap which was very good I had my choice of regular or sweet potato fries (I chose the sweet potato fries). The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. My only negative would be TV location was awkward, it was hard to watch from the bed. The bathroom was nicely decorated with large shower that had toiletries in it. I will say I would rather they had a solid door opposed to the frosted glass since the light shone through. The conference space was nicely and large. Overall a good visit, walls are a bit thin but manageable! There is a $28 a night parking fee that is paid to a third party via mobile app. read more

When we first entered the lines for checkin moved quickly, the staff were so nice and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was nice, beds comfortable, pillows a little flat though, had to call for someone to come up once but they were quick and took care of what was needed and even asked if we wanted another room. Breakfast was good and ran smoothly. There was a pool and fire pit that was nice. There was also a shuttle to the Disney parks which was nice so no paying to park. The only reason I will rate this hotel very low is because of the breakfast. The first day we were here I had only 2 things I could eat. The meat patty's, and the blueberry muffin. The second day we were here I had potatoes, that were raw and not cooked, meat patty's, and a blue berry muffin. The chefs have to make a lot of food for people and I understand that, however when you can't cook potatoes all the way through don't cook potatoes at all. read more

The hotel is nice. Has good and not so good. Pool is good. No hot tub. Customer Service people very good and nice. Market is good. The morning breakfast 630-930am is off the charts great. Not good. Internet service is spotty. The room clean service is every other day. No Shuttle to Magic Kingdom park. No shuttle to Disney Springs. No grocery store in walking distance. Don't forget the the deposit fees. We got 2 rooms 850 in deposit fee each room. Got it back in 3 days I think next time pick a different hotel. read more

Came here for my birthday weekend last weekend. We decided to drive over Thursday night. The room was really nice, I was surprised by the branded furniture and bathroom setup, which was something you usually see in a high-end hotel. There was some stains here and there, but nothing that I would ding a hotel over. The next day we transferred over to king suite and that was excellent! Pretty much an apartment complete with plates and silverware, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The king beds were super comfy, even though the view was ugly at the room haha. The room was close to the stairs too so it was easy to leave the hotel. The staff was super friendly at the hotel during our entire stay and they have complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste as well in case you forget one like I did. I'm not the kind of person who eats free breakfast at hotels and it's not a make or break for me, but I did try the breakfast here and it was delicious, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and more. The coffee was good too. Plenty of plugs in the hotels. I appreciate that as a remote worker. I fully recommend this hotel! Close to the theme parks and a good time! read more

New hotel that I would stay in again for sure. Everything was emmaculate again it is fairly new so everything is in great shape and clean. The lobby and the hotel and it's entirety has a modern feel to it. Our hotel room was very nice I had a king size bed and a sofa bed from West Elm. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The only thing I didn't like were the showers because when you would open the shower door water will go outside and drip all over the floor (I would hate to have that in my house). Aside from that we did try out the gym which is fully stocked with everything you need for a complete workout all the machines are new and there are lots of options. There's also an arcade with lots of cool games and and you could even win prices and redeem your points. There is a pool in the middle of the hotel that has a beach entryway for kids with palm tree sprinklers, super cute. Breakfast was complimentary and I was shocked at the good selections available. There was a hot buffet that had the usual scrambled eggs ham, potatoes. Then they had hot oatmeal muffins fruits fresh coffee and more. All of this was complimentary and best part was the layout and the cleanliness of the food and dining area. Customer service was great everyone was super friendly and helpful but a big shout out will go to the bartender in the main bar I think her name was Migdalia, she was absolutely amazing not only was she nice Serena's but she went out of her way to get us hot tea late night. I would definitely come back to this hotel without a doubts it was centrally located to the theme parks and had great food options in the area. read more

I hesitated writing this response after returning a few days ago because time to write and I wanted to give the property time to process payment fully through the system, but have decided it was necessary. I would highly recommend choosing another hotel in the area of comparable pricing (there are plenty). Cons: 1. Management/Shift Supv. (Christina) blame shifts to others rather than accepting accountability and does not follow through with her said plans. Has an "I" versus "We/Us" approach. Made statements that drug other managers and housekeeping management "under the bus" instead of understanding they were on the same team. Probably not ready for "lead" and needs some coaching. 2 (and probably main). Housekeeping changed bedding with same gloves used to wipe and clean the bathroom. I literally watched it occur then asked because I hoped I was wrong and they had been changed at some non visible point, but the housekeeper confirmed with no reservations as if it was fine (appreciated the honesty though). Again, coaching necessary. 3. They ask if you want housekeeping daily but REFUSE to do it after stating yes they will. This happened twice while on site. Extends apologies without correcting and repeats the error. 4. I was charged totally different from what I confirmed on my booking (including taxes, parking, and incidental deposit). Team still hasn't addressed this issue but acknowledged it is one. I also have the receipt from checkout of what we would be charged which is the correct amount. Just under $100 more charged. Pros: 1. Area is great. Close enough proximity to major attractions, dining, and shopping. 2. Lounging area at hotel is nice and relaxing. Overall, there are plenty of other hotels on this strip that look great (really grateful area). I would highly recommend considering if you have issues with these cons. The honesty from management is unfavorable and unstable. However, IF you choose this property, there is a possible 70/30 chance of error presenting with no resolution. If you stay, ask for view to the courtyard/pool. Enjoy your trip! read more

Decent hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms that are fairly spacious. Beds are comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. Get there early rather than later to avoid the lines. Daily parking is a bit pricey at $24/night given how much space they have and cars are a necessity here. Gym, hallways, and elevators are hot and stuffy. The gym needs a Concept2 rower. Nice little pool for the kids. That said, the water is a bit dirty. Debris on the floor of the pool, hair balls in the water. The filtration system is not doing much. Oh, and the person with the gas powered leaf blower stinking up the air around the pool while people are swimming is a great touch. Elevator needs an upgrade. Takes forever and is always hot and humid. Sink in bathroom is really shallow. Strange design. Should upgrade it. Shower temp is a bit sensitive to handle adjustments. I recently stayed here. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The shuttle to the parks was convenient. I took a Lyft from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom because we left earlier than expected and those with tip ran near $20-$25. Was about $20 Lyft to Universal. $25 to airport in morning. Disney Springs was like $12 Lyft. Breakfast was decent. Good food options nearby. Staff was great. Makayla, Ilda, and Arianna were friendly and helpful each encounter. Rooms were clean. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I would stay again. read more

We had two rooms for a 7 day, 6 night Disney World vacation for my family. Overall, we had no issues, and I want to thank the hotel management team for still having COVID policies and procedures in place. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member, I stay at a lot of different Marriott Hotels across the country for business travel. We did not really eat breakfast at the hotel, except for a bagel or two, yogurt, and fruit. The good news, is during our stay they do change up the meat selection (Canadian bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage). Because of COVID, some of the benefits that one would expect to receive had to be put on hold. We did not have our rooms cleaned during our stay, but that was OK with us. If you need towels, pick up the phone and call the front desk. If you have garbage, take it out and put it in a trash can. Towards the back end of our stay, the restaurant opened up for dinner service, and the bar as well. My wife and I had a pool day while the kids were at the park, and it was nice and relaxing. The pool temp was great as well. My two adult children (21-22) took the shuttle to Universal one day and had no issues what so ever. Let the front desk know the day before what park you will be going to, and make a reservation. Pretty easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and found the management team and staff accommodating and friendly. Sit back, relax, and don't stress out about things that are out of your control. If you need anything, make sure you let the staff know. They will do everything they can to accommodate you and your family. read more

This hotel is typically my top choice when my family and I come into town. However not this visit. It has become not so top notch even though their prices are still high. First the elevator broke down and there were only 2 as the main entry. The laundry room was out of order which was unfortunate with a family of 6 with wet clothes and no update on a possible fix. To add to the list there was no fruit or true healthy options presented at breakfast. Also there was a fire alarm that kept going off of yesterday. No one and I mean no one mentioned it was a false alarm or provided any communications. This was a huge problem because we have young kids & toddlers who were frightened and their sleep was constantly disturbed. To top it off when we went to order room service we were hung up on several times and had to order in person and the food wasn't good at all. Also the room wasn't really cleaned well and we were not provided enough wash cloths and blankets for our stay. read more

I have never been so embarrassed and treated with such disrespect at a Marriott in my life. I was stranded in Orlando without my physical card and they would not let me check in. Marriott always lets me (the Fairfield I went to next had 0 issue). Be advised that if you check in online, and you get a "you're check in is complete" message, your check in is most certainly NOT complete and they will take online card as payment but require physical version to check in. I had lost my wallet and only had Apple Pay, pouring rain, drenched, the ladies at the front desk just essentially have a middle finger. I stayed in this hotel for four nights during my Orlando vacation with my wife. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but I am taking one out because of the front desk lady who gave me that obnoxious look when I told her, "My room number is S221. I forgot my key in the room. Would you please give me a new one?" I hated that and I did confront her right away. She made some nonsense excuse and did not apologize at all. Also, there is a front desk guy who you can barely hear what he is even saying. For God's sake, please speak up buddy! Okay! enough of those front desk clowns, the hotel itself deserves 5 stars. Here are some pros: - Spacious room. Comfy bed. - Excellent restroom. Paul Mitchell amenities. - Nice pool. Only 5 feet deep though which I don't mind. - Free complimentary breakfast. - Free shuttle to Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, and Sea-World...PLEASE take advantage of it and save some of that Uber expenses. - Free parking. - Nice bar. - You have to walk like maybe a mile or so to get to a plaza where they have a bunch of restaurants. Nice, new, modern, and clean hotel located close to restaurants and Disney theme parks. Here's the low down! Pros: -Bedding was comfortable. -Pool & lobby bar ;) -Well located; close to Disney Springs, Disney theme parks, restaurants, and I-4. -Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner, Paul Mitchell Lemon Sage body wash, bar soap, and lotion!! -Complimentary breakfast that was quite tasty!Good amount of variety and quality was decent! -Heated pool, playroom, and small marketplace. -Friendly, attentive staff! From the front desk, to the bar lobby, to the breakfast area attendants everyone was polite and helpful, with a smile and a greeting -Hotel restaurant with pizza, quesadillas, wings, etc. Cons: -While the pool was advertised as heated, my family and I found it too cold to use... so I don't know how well that heater is working... -Room is not really a separate 2-room suite but rather one large room that includes a living room space. -Room is awkwardly configured. The t.v. is at an awkward angle to the beds. It is placed in between the "bedroom area" and the "living room" area, and you can angle it in different directions... I guess so you can see it from either the living room side or the bedroom side, but NEVER from both at the same time. Weird... -I HATED the bathroom door! It is located right in front of the beds and it was not a solid door but a fogged glass door. While very pretty, it was absolutely awful if you have someone using the bathroom during the night while others are trying to sleep! The lighting was sooooooo bright and lit the entire room! Very bad- bathroom doors need to be solid material to keep the light in the bathroom. -Also, bathroom door is a sliding door and there is a defect where you can peer into the space between the wall and the door and have a completely clear view of the person in the shower... A plus for some maybe, lol- not so much if you want privacy while you shower! I stuffed towels in the cracks while I showered. Overall, I would stay here again- IF the price was right. The room layout was just weird, and if I book a suite I expect the living room area to be a separate room, and that was a big downside for me. Springhill Suites will need to keep their pricing competitive to bring me back. read more

Broken elevator for the 3 days I stayed. The morning breakfast was not very good at all compared to other Marriott's I've stayed at. The room was ok but had issues including finding a hair clip on the floor. Issues with the TV and the mini fridge freezing everything we put in it including my wife's cream and coffee. I really don't have anything good to say about the room. It really needs updating. The front door was broken and wouldn't close and the side door that should be locked at all times wouldn't close either. Also a parking fee even for Marriott rewards members. Not cool. I tried this hotel instead of our normal place but I won't be staying again. I gave it 2 stars because the people were nice. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

We chose to stay here for three nights while we visited some of the Disney parks. The room was very clean, the app was very user friendly (included the mobile hotel key and the ability to request extra towels, pillows, etc.). By the time we returned from the parks, our requests had been fulfilled and new towels were waiting for us. The pool was smaller than I expected, but it was a very nice area that included a fire pit. They also have a gym and an area where you can pay to do laundry. Breakfast was included with our stay, though we never took advantage of it. Parking is an additional fee each day. Sometimes, parking is difficult to find at the hotel. Free shuttle services are also advertised, but there is one drop off time in the morning and one pick up time at night. The shuttles aren't constantly running, which is a downside. We ultimately decided not to use the shuttle service (even though we chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the parks, affordable pricing, and the free shuttle service) because we didn't want to be stuck at the parks all day in the heat. It was frustrating to have unexpected changes in plans and additional expenses (parking at the parks), but what frustrated me most was that checkout wasn't until 11 am and house keeping was knocking at our door at 10:30 am to clean the room. We fully expected to be able to have until 11 am to fully checkout without someone knocking at the door. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would consider a different hotel for a more convenient shuttle service if you're visiting the parks! read more

Stay away from this hotel at all costs. Checked in last month and experienced horrible customer service by the front desk. I was ignored several times (maybe because I am Latino or younger) but horrible customer service nonetheless. Booked directly through their website several months in advance just to find out that upon check in they had no room for me. I was offered a double queen room for 5 adults at the same rate. I asked how was I supposed to fit 5 full adults into a room for 4? They said well I don't know. Finally I was moved to the sister hotel located next door. Upon opening the door it looked sub par. The pull out bed for the 5th person was terrible, there were no sheets or blankets, the mattress looked like someone had died on it, and when I went to request bedding I was again ignored. Finally after getting some assistance we got bedding. The room was okay however looked pretty dirty and found some trash left from the previous guest. The next morning upon trying to take a shower I quickly found out there was ZERO hot water. I was the first one up in my room and the shower ran as cold as ice! My guests and I had to take absolutely ice cold showers. Breakfast was continental breakfast at best. The hot eggs were left quite moist and runny and other than that there were no other hot foods. I was relieved to check out the following morning and go to a Disney resort. I had to explain to my first time guests that this is definitely not Disney customer service and to rest assured we were in our way to way better accommodations. I am not one to leave negative comments however I was shocked how sub par this hotel was for the price point. read more

Location: "Near" places of interest but plan on ubering everywhere, nothing & I mean nothing is within walking distance. Rooms: clean but fogged glass door on bathroom is a huge fail. TV is not where you can see from bed - another fail. Suites are not suites but just a rectangular room with a desk, don't plan to doing work while letting your spouse sleep. Included Breakfast: best feature, huge eating area, clean, well attended, food was very good. Pool: ok, fairly clean but smelled moldy. This is not a resort sort of pool, during the day NO ONE was there, no service, bar and restaurant is not open until 4pm. This is the opposite of a hopping place. In hotel restaurant: only open at 4pm, truly bar type place and tbh the food is not good. Our pizza was undercooked and I've had better frozen. Happy hour prices are good and the bartenders were great. Housekeeping: Now THIS was a problem. Days 2-4 we'd be gone all day and would come back and have to call to have room serviced. Check out day - whoa, maid knocked on our door FOUR TIMES, 8am woke me up, seriously NOT OK. Told her we were checking out at NOON then she proceeded (yes same maid) to knock again 3 times prior to noon and yes I had the privacy switch turned on the door. I have never in the many hotel stays across the world experienced anything like this. SERIOUSLY a huge pain in the you know what. I will never stay at this hotel again. read more

I know everyone wants to stay on a Resort Property that will give you 60 minutes more than the person next to you in a never ending line at one of the many Amusement Parks, but. This place is peaceful sooo peaceful. You are truly on Vaycay when you reside here. Rooms are currently during Covid only serviced upon request the night before, limited staffing but the one's that are on property are great. There rooms and entire facilities are well kept. There is a laundry, game room, gym, great pool, BBQ pits, fire pit. It's an awesome place to relax. Parking is free and it's located close to shopping, food, Amusement. Decor currently is Star Wars. We as you can guess had vandalized Decor and people just lack respect for everything around them, it's just a bad world these days. Just checked in, for several nights. My room location was not great. I asked the manager to change the room but was told that they are fully committed, not sure what he meant by that, fully booked or holding rooms for other guests that have not checked in yet. His attitude was not very welcoming or accommodating. Check in experience was not great. I'm a platinum but didn't feel any warm welcome, wasn't told welcome or thanks for being a platinum like Sheraton hotels. At the elevator, the cleaning guy with a huge towel cart occupied the entire elevator. When I saw this, I told him, I will wait for the next elevator but he insisted that I get in anyway, which did but kind a felt squished. If you are looking for a great experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. read more

Stayed 10/10-10/13 came for a wedding and 7 year old birthday vacation! Very nice location near everything and the atmosphere was good! Room was on the small size but good for my family of four! Not much for the kids to do they did like the arcade! Breakfast could be better didn't want the same thing everyday! Mickey waffles were good! Parking was a big issue for us as we are charged $14/ day of our stay and there have been nights were there was no parking I was really disappointed that we are charged an didn't have a park! Easily the best hotel value in the Disney area. Everything is clean and brand new. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had anywhere, not just at a hotel. Soo much selection. You get the disney feel with out the price and in a much nicer facility than at the old "disney" hotels. The free headphones and filtered water machine in the gym (that actually has free weights) was next level. Staying here further reinforced that staying in a brand new lower star level hotel is always more pleasant than staying in an old higher star. The only negatives are there are not enough trash cans, both in the room, and around the property and most of the staff is brand new because the place just opened, so they don't know what is going on for the most part. That being said the supervisor "Jaquan" I believe was his name was excellent. read more

When we first arrived, we headed toward checkin. the lady that greeted us was a blonde woman who looked fairly young. However she wasn't very helpful, my diabetic mother was exploring the hotel but along the way her sugar had dropped and she had become disoriented and forget our room number. She contacted front desk for help crying and the lady told her she couldn't tell her the room number. ( this was literally 10 minutes after we originally checked in) they left my mother crying on the elevator wandering around. So after 30 minutes went by the maid helped my mom to the room and the front desk called me asking if it was okay to tell my mom the room number because it was a safety risk. We were highly annoyed after that incident but more things just kept piling on that we couldn't hold in anymore. On one of the days that we stayed at the hotel on the 4th of July. The beds weren't made at all. Also the whole time we were there up until the last night they finally changed our sheets. And sadly we noticed that a few things were missing from our baggage. This hotel could of been way better. Especially since they don't have enough parking and people had to park like a 1/2 mile away. Also change the breakfast not a lot of options to people who are allergic to pork. Plus very rude to their employees in front of their guest. They need to know how to act.
