I was referred to Dr. Sauer a year ago for a root canal on a tooth with an abscess that my dentist caught early in an x-ray. Immediately upon arrival, I felt at ease, welcome and cared for. The procedure was relatively painless with Dr. Sauer and her staff checking in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. They completed the procedure quickly and professionally. I was back at work immediately following. Today was my one-year check in and it felt like walking into the home of an old friend; I was greeted warmly and everyone remembered me. The procedure was successful. This is a practice that cares. They respect their patients and genuinely want the best for them. While I do not wish to have a need to go back anytime soon, I will not hesitate to contact Springhurst Endodontist the moment I need their services. read more

OAA i had the worst experience ever . these people are not onest. my dentist refer me to them for root canal . they asked about my insurance and I gave them the information . my insurance was out of net work and they did not tell me. they did a CT scan and charge me $400 and told me that I need another visit to do the root canal and it is additional $1400. when I asked why my copay is so high even though I did another root canal a year ago cost me $200 all together .they told me because you have bad insurance and did not bother to tell me that they are out of network. these people trying to hunt patient and gain as much money as possible and do not care about patient . can't trust them. read more

Dr. Sauer and her staff are high class! I needed an immediate root canal and Springhurst Endodontist did just that. They got me in same day for my consultation. They then were able to get me in for my procedure FAST. My visit was pain free and very pleasant. If I ever need work conducted again I know exactly who to call. Good vibes all around at this place. Wow amazing service always been afraid of the dentist this place blows every dentist out of the water with the amount of care they provide is top notch. Doc is the sweetest very caring and is very great at her job you can really tell she cares and still loves what she does. DO NOT use Springhurst Endodontic. We were told they take our dental insurance only later to be charged a ridiculous amount for the services. They took advantage of our situation and received DOUBLE what they should have. They received $636 from our dental insurance and charged us an additional $875. For an in-network patient, they would have only charged $775 total but instead charged $1,511. read more

As soon as I felt pressure and cold sensitivity in a crown, I went to our dentist. After an x-ray, he said I needed a root canal. Having been to Dr. Sauer's practice once before, I wouldn't have considered any other practice. They booked me in quickly, and I received the same gentle, professional, and informative treatment I experienced the first time. This was a very challenging procedure, having to drill down through a small crown and into the underlying tooth to get at the nerve that was necrotic, without destroying the crown. At every step in the process, Dr. Sauer explained what she was about to do and why, how it would feel, and the expected result. I even remember as she was numbing my jaw telling me, 'now this shot is going to hurt a bit.' Talk about being mentally prepared for what was coming. And, like always, I saw the before and after photos. Dr. Sauer, her assistant, and office staff, are kind, professional and accomodating. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I've had two root canals and my total experience has been awesome. Frankly, the root canals are easier than a large cavity repair. The office is efficient and communication is the best. When you are in her chair Dr. Sauer is 110% focused on you. If I am transferred by my company, I would travel back to Louisville for my next procedure. read more

Doctor Jolanta Sauer is amazing! She is professional and has the best bed side manners. She and Eric explained everything they did. They put me to ease.
