The owner refused to return it to the credit card and gave me cash but made sure he deducted the cost for the two coffees, that were brought to us 30 minutes after being seated. If the owner had said we are slammed and apologized it wouldn't have been a big deal but to have unfriendly staff, automatically disregard question, and refuse credit card return, it seemed like things are going downhill.
