I texted them on a holiday weekend and the next business day they contacted me early in the morning and sent someone out at 9AM that morning. They did a great job installing a new duck and cleaning the intake area of the pipe. They also went through the whole system to adjust heads and to replace a few. I love the way Hollywood Sprinklers constantly keeps me posted of expected arrival as well as letting me know they're on the way. This is a rarity in South Florida !
