To start the company does not have enough passes to pick you up at the ATL airport. I scheduled my pick up a week before flying into Atlanta. Once I started to deplane I received a voice mail from the company that I would have to take a train to the Marriot to catch my shuttle. Leaving I used the same service since they already charged my credit card round trip. A few other issues came up during my return to the ATL airport. I called the company to complain about the service and was yelled at, cussed at, and hung up on by the owner Diane Hoff who later threatened to call airport security.

I called to ask why I didn't receive the entire amount the owner started yelling at me saying it was my fault and that I didn't plan my trip correct. Please save your money!!
