Ordered a rear sprocket and it did not fit, however not because Sprocket Specialists made the wrong size. My wheel had the wrong hub without knowing. I sent them my old sprocket to match up and they did it perfectly, remade it for me at no cost. New sprocket fits great and was received quickly. Apparently they aren't specialists at chain & sprockets. They sold our customer a 520 size chain and two 525 size sprockets for his 2011 Bonneville T100. Unfortunately that won't work (duh), and he will be taking a taxi home until I can get him the correct chain. The chain they sold him was also 120 links long, for a bike that takes 104 links - you'd think specialists would get the length right, or at least get a 110 link chain. read more

For you F650GS folks: Just purchased a set of sprockets and chain from "Sprocket Specialists" in Richfield UT based on a mistaken recommendation from a fellow rider (he confused them with another company). Sat on the phone with them for 15 minutes before ordering, then received one ALUMINUM 47 tooth sprocket (that may last 3,000 miles) and a 16 tooth front steel sprocket, AND with a chain that's not the right size. My local mechanic was horrified (am 230 miles from closest dealer). So I returned them $20 postage, then get an email stating that they have a 30% restocking fee - nowhere on the website. So this little purchase cost $80 for nothing. Buyer beware. read more
