Sprouse came to inspect and recertify over 60 fire extinguishers, of which they took 30 back to their shop for further service. After a couple week they brought back 4 with no explanation of where the others were. Then we got a bill stating that either 26, 30 or 28 have been decommissioned for scratched labels. When I initially engaged their services, I was assured we would not be left without fire protection for our fleet, equipment, project sites and yard and yet that is exactly what happened. There has been no documentation of the units that were condemned, no attempt was made to communicate this to us and when we have tried to get resolution and evidence, we are met with either silence or ChatGPT responses about "compiling and reviewing" our case. A case which has been ongoing for months at this point. We have point blank asked if they have our fire extinguishers still and they refuse to answer. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with Sprouse. Their service, response time, professionalism and integrity have cost us thousands in time, new fire extinguishers and sanity. Please do yourself a favour and consider another company.

The receptionist at 4-Star answered promptly, and within minutes, I had Daryn C , the electrician, booked 1st thing Wed AM.( the next day) Daryn arrived promptly, identified himself, and we walked thru the issue. He confirmed the cost of the job, and obtained necessary supplies within 30 min of arriving. He also was able to offer different suggestions in case we needed to update our lighting system in the future, as our fixtures were becoming dated.
