A+ customer service and quality workmanship. Btw he was 100% dead accurate. Within days of the new humidifier I felt my skin getting healthier and we never felt a shock since.

The Heating Ninja sent a supervisor to look at the deficiency with my HRV that prevented me from servicing it per the manufacturers manual. The heating Nina's supervisor said it was an obvious deficiency and it needed to be fixed. He told me the company would contact me to schedule a crew to fix the deficiency. Two months went by without receiving a follow up from the Heating Ninja. I called the company and the owner refused to accepted responsibility claiming that "the city passed it so I don't have to do anything" he also claimed the fix would cost him a full day of a crew to correct and I had no idea how much that costs. I won't go into his rude and argumentative nature. The heating ninjas owner refused to take responsibility when his supervisor recognized the company made a mistake. The owner prefers to hide behind a city inspection rather than stand behind his company's work. Thankfully the builder hired another HVAC contractor to fix the heating ninjas deficiencies that they refused to take responsibility for. Be warned. The heating ninja isn't a company that stands behind its work.

Of course he quickly hit a stud, so picked a new random location and promptly sawed through an electrical wire. Now we have to have a junction box with permanent access. No offer to cover the cost of that repair. Second - A few months later we get a rain day and wouldn't you know it -- the patching around the vent was done shoddily and we have a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Now we have to pay to properly seal the vent and to replace the drywall on our ceiling. Again, no offer to fix the shoddy work, or cover the cost of repairs. This is my first ever negative review of a company as I generally assume everyone is trying their best to do a good job. However I've given Rick the opportunity to correct the problems and since he refuses I'd like to help someone else avoid a bad experience.

We were flipping our entire house around up and down, so this meant all new duct work and new furnace room location, plus going from two furnaces and two hot water tanks to one of each. Breck came over and consulted, unlike the other big names he was very experienced on all parts of the project, furnaces, hot water, ducting, venting, gas and plumbing. Over a few phone calls and diagrams, we were confident Breck was the right choice for the project. They told me I needed a new furnace right away, and it would cost over 5000$. My father referred me to Breck at Hunter's Heating, so I gave them a call for a second opinion. Breck was very helpful on the phone and sent someone out the next morning to look at our furnace. Kurtis was extremely friendly and took the time to explain to me what was going on in detail. Turn out we had a furnace that had been recalled in the states and we needed to have it replaced. He took some measurements for a new furnace, told us he would send me a quote, and advised me to go get CO2 detectors just in case. I am grateful for his advice because the moment I set the detectors up, they started going off. Turns out the furnace was emitting high levels of CO2 and we were told we would have been seriously ill in the morning if we had not called the firefighters and ATCO. The next morning, we contacted Hunter's Heating again and they made time to fit us in for a new furnace the next day. Again, they took the time to explain their work, put mats down to protect our hardwood flooring, and even took the time to mount the CO2 detectors while they were here. They did incredible work, and the quote was a lot lower than the first company. I want to thank Breck and Kurtis for all their help and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Once I made a decision to replace two furnaces, two humidifiers, one air conditioner I was given a firm quote with a start and finish date. Simon and Danny were the two gentlemen that showed up on time despite a large dump of snow. They removed the old furnaces and installed the new furnaces one at a time. At no time was our house uncomfortable during a cold period. They said two and half days. The removal, install was completed on schedule. Everything was left tidy and clean.
