Dropped a mailbox key in the parking near mid jersey orthopedics in Washington. Was afraid to bend in back into place as it would definitely have snapped. Took it over to this place and spoke with Bill. He tried to bend it back into place and as suspected, it snapped. He managed to make me a matching copy with some effort. So i had him make me an additional one in case i had another moment of idiocy. After three days of trying to make a new tea Mr. Ortiz advise me it needed to go to the dealer. Once it arrived at the dealer, it was determined that my dash cluster was damaged, the locks that Mr. Ortiz changed were not the appropriate ones for my vehicle. The ignition switch was damaged and the key that he attempted to program was just a hollow shell with no circuit board or guts. When confronted with the information from the dealership, Mr. Ortiz refused to cover the damage he did, and then began to deny that he damaged the car. Thank God, there are cameras on the exterior of my house.
