We have been shopping at sprouts for many years and this is a new location to us. I went there today and I needed some specific products and questions answered. To my surprise I got in touch with the right person named Vera who is also a manager at the store. She was helpful not only in finding the items i needed but also helping me answer the questions and sharing her experiences. --Location/Parking-- Located in the shopping center shared with multiple business outlets on the edge of Johns Creek and Alpharetta. There was plenty of parking, but on a Saturday it can be quite busy but no a far walk to the store. --Ambience-- Sprouts has various locations, and all have similar layout and sails. I really like this location because of their deli is always fully stocked and if you come on the right day they can have discounts. --Service/Staff-- Service can vary per store, but they do need to have more cashier available at all times. --Products/Service-- Recommended for their selection, be warned that the Spouts name brand does not mean a lower price on the item. --Capacity-- Indoor capacity can hold 100 people. It is a fully operational supermarket. --Overall-- Great selection on fresh food. I wish they had a bigger organic selection and service can vary depending on the time and date. read more

On January 6, 2026 I had a very uncomfortable experience due to a verbal interaction with an employee named Michelle. While shopping with my baby, I politely asked her multiple times to excuse me so I could pass be the freezer door she had opened and she refused to move. The interaction escalated unnecessarily and left me feeling uneasy and unwelcome. Given the tone and behavior, the situation felt dismissive and had racial undertones. This experience made what should have been a simple shopping trip very stressful. I hope management addresses customer interactions like this moving forward. Train your cashiers to stop their personal conversation and acknowledge the customer. Bring back the old cashiers who made you feel welcome and actually took the time to speak to the patron. I am giving it two stars because the meat department is always friendly and organized. I typically don't shop at sprouts because there isn't one very close to my house but I ended up in Alpharetta and ran into the sprouts. I was overjoyed that shrimp was on sale for a very reasonable price so I bought three bags. The fresh vegetables were reasonably priced and delicious after I got them home, there was no shortage of spring water which made my day because I typically can't find it when I go to grocery stores every type of cheese I could dream of was sitting there fresh no package just artificial cheese. The store wasn't out of anything all of the shelves were stocked the staff were extremely kind and out full and made my experience a great one. I'd definitely return. read more

I like Sprouts, and other markets like this. It helps give competition to Whole Foods, and provides us with more affordable choices for produce, meats, bulk foods, and Sprouts offers so much more than food. They offer vitamins and body care as well. When I go, I often peruse their body care aisles for sales on things like soaps and lotions. I could go a little crazy buying here if I let myself. They have a vast variety of products with lots of testers, which is nice. I bought some soaps here recently and look forward to seeing how well they stand up to some of my other soap products. They have a really good selection of vitamins, too. I ran out of my Arnica gel, and found some here at a decent price. They even have sushi, although I've never tried it. Oh, and wine. However, I really didn't find their wine selection all that appealing. I haven't shopped here a lot to really give the lowdown on just how fresh their produce and meats are. What I have bought has been fine. They have weekly specials, which are definitely worth checking out. And they offer catering, which definitely is more affordable than say, Whole Foods. Even better, they donate and help nonprofit organizations, food banks, and service groups. So they are making a difference in the world, too. It makes you feel better shopping here, and knowing you are a part of that contribution to give back. read more

Excellent place to go for the specific items we want. Price are higher than target or Kroger so I go in these stores for the usual stuff. Sprout is providing an ok bread (not really fancy like whole market but still ok), an excellent chicken with NO ANTIBIOTIC, also, their meatloaf is good, very good. What they could do better: - herbs, not a wide choice, Kroger has more - cheese, it is the best around but still limited compared to whole food - no daily salad or other meal that could be nice, like Publix does. So, I still recommend going there but, in all honesty, if Whole Foods was closer, I'll go there. read more

There are several Sprouts farmers' markets within my parents' vicinity, and so depending on when the traffic is, we tend to go to all of them. This is the one that we go to in the mornings after going to the LA Fitness gym across the street. I've never had a problem at this store. Maybe once or twice something is out of stock, but usually it's not something that will cause someone to die from not having. There are usually enough workers even though they have a staff shortage and are constantly trying to hire. Their produce section is pretty good, and sometimes there are lower prices seen on some things than in other places (like avocados! but not all the time sadly). Some essentials like Oatly Milk, you just need to know when to go because that's a hot commodity. Store is always clean, there is rarely any mess, and usually almost always someone there to help me. I'm not super picky with my groceries since I try to be flexible with my living. Nothing here is sub-par, it's just possibly not up to the standards of certain patrons. They do have a nice vitamins/supplement section which is great when they have the occasional deal of 20% off. As mentioned in another review, I like seeing Sprouts as an alternative to Whole Foods. I have to admit, seeing the negative reviews on here simply from having to wear a mask is a bit disappointing - it is an individual right to wear or not to wear a mask JUST AS IT IS to not go to a store because it doesn't suit your needs or have what you want. Given the huge shortage of workers across the US and in many service industries, stores and restaurants CANNOT afford to have their staff get sick. Otherwise they will literally have to shut down entirely when there is nobody available to stock and work. If this happens to majority of grocery stores, the entire community suffers. And having been living in NYC until recently, I can testify to the shutdowns. I'm honestly grateful to see grocery stores here that are still trying to make it and where prices are still okay (the inflation is a bit painful though). If places like Sprouts and other grocery stores start shutting down and we have to commute farther that's more traffic to sit through, more gas to have to pay on top of rising prices on everything. Hopefully though things are getting better, at least on the pandemic side and rates are dropping! Hoping that Sprouts survive because we really like having this option! read more

I have been a faithful customer of sprouts for year's and as of today, I will not return. I was harassed at the checkout and would not let me purchase my items because I wasn't wearing a mask! This store has violated my rights not to wear a face diaper. It's not even a law to wear one. I took my business elsewhere. I refuse to shop where you have to bow down to government tyranny. I am still getting used to this Sprouts. Back in Dallas (Plano) I used to shop at the local Sprouts religiously and enjoyed their fresh produce and fair prices. At this location, I have found the produce to be not nearly as fresh. I do like their meat department here though. Their Spicy Italian sausage is the best I have found outside NYC. It is nice like the kind you would get get from the summer block festivals. It is so good with lots of fresh herbs in it, and just the right amount of spice! I also enjoy their package polish sausage. The store is always clean, and the service is helpful. read more

Customer service; I've never had to check my receipts or watch prices when things are being scanned during checkout. The last two visits I had issues and the woman who just rang me up charged me for three items when I only bought two. I went back in with my receipt and told her I only bought two and she said she remembered three...not sure why I would lie about this but she went and got her manager so I went and brought my grocery bag back in...with my two items. The management in this store is horrible. They could care less about the customer or hear what they have to say. It's nothing but excuse after excuse accepting no blame. I even caught two managers lying to me. I'm unable to walk an entire grocery store due to my health. Sprouts had everything I needed to fulfill my Whole 30 diet. So I placed a $425 order online to be picked up after my doctors appointment for which I drove 140 miles round trip. This place is so messed up, on the way down I received four text moving the times of my order stating they were busy. The last text stated they moved the entire day forward with a morning pickup. Why would I drive an 140 miles to get what I had ordered for when I was in the area? Like I said earlier, the management couldn't care less about me canceling my order. I highly doubt they were too busy since I was the only customer inside the store when I went in to inquire what happened. They did everything to throw the blame to whom ever they could think of. When I ask that my credit card be refunded I even received a hassle on that. From this point on I will order my diet on Thrive and Kroger where they appreciate my business. If you want a horrible shopping experience and your day ruined go shop at Sprouts. It's a guarantee your blood pressure will soar especially if you have to deal with the incompetent management. read more

I have to brag on my favorite store. During this pandemic it is so great that they offer delivery. I only wish this location also offered curbside pickup. I really think they could help so many more people rather than just offering delivery. There is another location that offers curbside pickup but it is not close to Alpharetta. I placed an order online for delivery. I had quite a few items in it... 30+. While the shopper is shopping she texts you and asks about substitutions. I love this part. Now in some cases, I had specified whether I wanted substitutions online but she may not have seen it. At any rate, it was a very personal shopping experience and there were only a couple of items I was not able to get. Overall my order was very close to what I would have picked out for myself. The only minor hiccup was that it seemed like online the produce sometimes is listed as 1/4 lb. so I chose 4 pieces (to make a pound)... for example, broccoli. However, I was delivered 4 giant sections of broccoli (more than I normally would have bought). In this case, I did not use it quick enough and had to throw some out which was unfortunate (I should have froze it so I will not fault them too much for trying to read my mind in an order). However, keep this in mind when specifying quantities... you may not want to pick anything larger than 2. It appears that the shopper for your order may also deliver your order as soon as they are done because the order arrived in a vehicle that seemed like a personal one shortly after my order was completed in the store. The items were likely not kept refrigerated. First deliveries are free (there is a service fee, though) so that is why I tried it out. I miss shopping for myself in my favorite store but I appreciated the delivery option. Well done. read more

I've always had excellent customer service at any Sprouts location. I asked my brother, who live in Sugar Hill, if he'd pickup 2 seeded watermelons for me and I'd reimburse him for them. He did. The next day, I cut open one and it was already FULL of water, as if it had started going bad. So I called to the store to report my complaint (small in size for 6.99) and the lady by the name of Camill, was very rude! I gave her a detailed explanation about how I had asked my brother to purchase 2 for me (because I don't live near a Sprouts, but have driven the distance for shopping on numerous occasion). The first thing out of her mouth was "well, if you bring in the recent we can refund your money, we can't refund it over the phone". Who said anything about refunding over the phone!? Anyway, I. ought to her attention that she was speaking in a rude way and that she was displaying poor customer service with a lack of compassion towards her customer. Before I ended the call, I told her, "no worries, I know what I'll do". I hung up the phone and came straight to this site to write a review. BLASPHEMY! This year I decided that I wanted a different kind of Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, I have grown tired of the traditional dishes that usually grace the Thanksgiving table so I decided to go in a different direction. I really didn't want a turkey and decided not to have dressing because I wanted to add in healthier options. For some people this would seem to be blasphemous because no one would dare mess with tradition and those wonderful foods that are a part of the holiday. However, I did not miss the traditional foods because the flavors of Thanksgiving were going to be added to my homemade soup. We first told our son and he took it well until he realized that there would be no buttery pound cake, his absolute favorite. We then told our daughter who surprised us by simply saying "okay" which was code for "I am burning your house down tonight!" There was no way this was truly acceptable to her because on every single holiday, she packs up several containers to take home. Since I wanted to have various vegetables, soups and fruit, I decided to stop by Sprouts. I was in luck because they usually have a great selection of fresh produce at reasonable prices. I was able to purchase fresh green beans, avocado, salad greens, a large cucumber oranges and grapes. Everything was nice and fresh and we definitely did not miss the heavier foods. I was glad that I had prepared a much easier and lighter menu because everyone showed up four hours earlier than the scheduled dinner and they were hungry. What? Talk about a quick scramble, it was crazy! Later in the evening my daughter and I decided to make pumpkin muffins with the organic unbleached flour I had purchased at Sprouts, It was regularly $8 but on sale for $5. The muffins, (prepared in a special holiday baking pan), were cute and delicious. I would definitely purchase this flour again. Remember, better ingredients yield a better product! read more

I actually LOVE Sprouts. It's a fantastic grocery store with incredibly fresh and healthy food and wellness options. This particular store is no different than the others except for the customer service and staff here. 1) the staff is far less friendly than any of the other locations I've been to. I'm not sure if it's poor training but they always look flustered and annoyed and 2) they are always under staffed. Every single time I've been here there are 2 registers open with lines as far as the eye can see and customers waiting around. I really think this location can benefit from having some proper training and by upping their staff on the days and hours they've noticed the most volume. read more

Perhaps had I not been to the local true farmers markets I would be a fan. The truth is that there is nothing that really stands out about Sprouts. This store will have regular priced items neatly stacked behind a clearance or sale sign. Didn't know I had to read the very fine print on every item. I've learned my lesson. Oh my! What a disappointment. Never having been here, I was curious as to whether it was similar to Whole Foods. Well let me put it this way... No it's not and I won't waste my time going again. No one did anything wrong per se' -- I believe there was a gross lack of training, care, and concern about the customer. I approached the deli counter to order what sounded like a delicious turkey sandwich from the display board. No one was present so I patiently waited. When the "less than enthusiastic" young lady finally arrived, she looked as if I had just given her the worst news she had received! All I wanted was a sandwich -- she was so confused bless her heart. By the time I wrote it down to help her better understand that I simply wanted a COLD turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on Ciabatta bread, she seemed a little relieved. Still, she kept looking around her. I excused myself to continue browsing, as I got the impression this would be quite a task for her. When I returned 20 minutes later and saw no sandwich, I asked if perhaps she left it at the checkout register. "No", she stated. "It's in the oven being baked!!" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry because at this point, I was tired and hungry. I reminded the young lady that I wanted a cold sandwich otherwise I would have ordered from their Panini section. She offered to start over, but based on my experience, I felt it would be a better idea to cut my losses and get the heck out of there! Yikes!!! read more

The cashiers here have no sense of urgency. Karina kept her line closed when the only one open got a little long. Then she opened up when there was one person left behind me. Everyone just kind of walks around the store holding conversations with each other and not tending to the customers. The coming store is 20 times better. If you can survive the terrible Johns Creek drivers, then you might be rewarded. This Sprouts isn't really any better than the other locations, but that isn't to say it's sub-par in any way, shape, or form. Quite the contrary... I've found everything I came for and am greeted multiple times with nice, smiling faces. It's a mini-Whole Foods without the snooty-ness or hipster vibe that WF gives off (especially the Alpharetta location). Simple layout, with a variety of offerings in every department, and as someone else said, the sausages. Go check out the giant sausages at the meat counter, and you won't be let down. Decent prices, friendly staff, and good selections are what I am after. It's the parking-lot full of morons that may kill you before you ever set foot inside that is the only downside. read more

We spoke to her and she did spoke but did so hesitantly. It was an awful experience. We spent almost $100.00 and I regret leaving my money there in that store. I LOVEEE sprouts. Perfect store if you're trying to eat healthy or shop organic for a cheaper price. It's like a smaller, less expensive Whole Foods. If Sprouts got a juice bar I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love that they have the sections where you can buy the amount of nuts, seeds, flour that you want by the pound. It's very helpful when you literally need 3 tsps of almond meal for a recipe and you don't want to spend $15 on a whole bag you can just pick the amount you want.
