It's shockingly expensive. It's not a farmers market by any means and there's no reason they should call themselves that. The cashiers, depending on who you get, can be super rude, unhelpful and even argumentative. I still don't understand the deal with their plastic bags - are they charging for them, or giving you a credit for bringing your own bags, or what? I wish I didn't have to shop here, but Aldi doesn't sell certain vegetables that they do have here. Can't buy anything besides that though - it's just too expensive. read more

Sprout is where it is! Not only is their store impeccable, but their online system is quick and efficient. Jordan is a manager there who sets the example of how customer service should be! We had a ABOVE AND BEYOND experience with ren. I flew in from San Diego to find my sister's florist got her the wrong flowers. I called & thank GOD was connected to Ren. He held flowers for us & helped us learn how to arrange them. The wedding is today!!!! I manage a Trader Joe's in California and his customer service (over heard him with someone at vitamins) is ABOVE & BEYOND what you come across today. He is so skilled at making people feel heard & explaining stuff. 10/10/10 highly impressed I'd hire him in San Diego in a heart beat. read more

I live in a bigger city but when I visit here , I need access to my favorite items . It's a nice ambience and the service is great ! I've been several times this month already . This review is for the DELI COUNTER ONLY. On multiple occasions I have had to stand in front of the counter for 2-5mins to get acknowledged. I am usually only there for Sushi questions and if the sushi maker isn't there, no one will even call to get him or find out if he is on break. Customer service definitely needs some work. I stood there today with my loud kids for a few minutes, four workers behind the counter and NO ONE came over to help me. So sad!! read more

As a lont time customer of Sprouts in California, I was excited to learn they were opening in Tyler, the shopping wasteland of Texas. With only Brookshires, Walmart and Aldis, it is hard to find decent produce and meat in Tyler. I went to the new Sprouts at 7 am on a Sunday and found every department fully stocked and staffed. I found their deli and prepared foods sections to have better variety than the other Sprouts I have shopped at and thei produce was simply fantastic. The aisles are wide and the store staff are plentiful and helpful. I am not a fan of face masks, but I understand that the store operates under corporate orders to comply with state laws even though Smith County does not enforce the mask directive. The store is clean and fresh smelling, even though they have a fish market! We bought their 85/15 ground beef and made burgers on the grill yesterday. This is the first ground beef that did NOT bother my stomach or hubbies! Beef from other stores caused nausea and cramping often. I admit I am a foodie . In this wasteland of ETX as far as supply goes , I go to different stores for different items .. Sprouts had me at Boars Head . That is what draws me to come here, it's out of my way.. but worth it , or is it? I like the store , I have had no issues with quality of anything . It's the people in the deli , my first stop when I come in . The system in the beginning was if they r busy they will write ur order down for Boars Head, u can shop, swing by and pick it up later. Well, apparently no more . I did not get acknowledged by anyone .. stood there while 3 people looked at me & ignored . I asked if I could write my order MYSELF & move on.. ignored . Finally someone came over who was standing there & did it . Went by to pick up prob 20 mins later , ignored . I had to ask another employee who said he was manager ( standing around w other guys just shooting the breeze) to plz go find it , they were obviously at this point fucking with me . So sadly , I give up my Fav sandwich stuff for now , will do as before , grab some on way home from Dallas at Kroger's in Forney once in awhile , it's more of a treat ... I have shopped at several sprouts as I lived in the Dallas area and have been to the Fort Worth locations. The sprouts farmers market in Tyler is by far the most beautiful, the set up is very spacious and easy to navigate. Everything is set up and well organized. They have an amazing selection, I was blown away by the extra goodies I found at this location versus the other ones. The customer service was outstanding by every employee I came in contact with. I got some delicious prepared items at the deli as well as some awesome vegan options. I highly recommend the store! Prices are reasonable as well :-) read more

The managers are usually at doors to greet or say thank you when you leave or available to assist shoppers for any questions. One employee greets you with a disinfected cart and hand wipes. Sprouts must have an excellent training program as all the employees are consistent in their responses. Your shopping experience is about your family and you. The store is well organized, exceptional clean, open format layout, awesome bakery and meat in small to larger sizes, wide variety of healthy choices, small portion sizes, bulk bakery items, and large vitamin and homeopathic section. The person who works in this section helped me find a nasal spray. I purchased an OTC nasal spray that helped relieve my stuffy nose. I haven't purchased anything that I didn't like. The receipt is easy to scan. They encourage paper but have plastic bags as well. The checker and sacker know how to pack goods appropriately. The employees are well learned on products that they are assigned. We met one of the managers, and he encouraged us to let him know about our experience. I enjoy supporting local grocery owners, but Sprouts does have complimentary goods. read more

They've got some products that aren't found anywhere else but they only have two registers open. I've been several times and they don't seem to ever open the "Express" lane. I see tons of employees but only two cashiers. It reminds me of Wal-Mart. Not the prices, but the number of cashiers. Hopefully they will put in some "self checkouts". read more

I was super excited to see a Sprouts had finally come to Tyler. They carry so many things I love. However, my first experience was the manager turning me away at the door because I don't wear a mask, without offering an alternative way to buy my food. My second experience: while wearing a mask, the clerk was rude to me for bringing in a reusable bag. Now, when I think of going to this store, I just feel sick. Several other people have told me they have had similar encounters in this store. I recommend trying Natural Grocers or Drug Emporium. read more
