We interviewed a number of builders for our project, and I've worked with a lot of builders and general contractors in the past. Lotus is by far the highest quality, most communicative and most professional builder I've worked with. I've also been very impressed with their Buildertrend app that allows us to track all budgets, invoices, daily logs with photos, etc. We've had three different neighbors (two were architects and one was a general contractor) who stopped us on the street to tell us how impressed they were with the design and quality of construction, and that Lotus was building at a much higher quality than what they were used to seeing. We did a lot of higher end finishes, and everything has come together beautifully. We are extremely happy with the end results, and we plan on using Lotus for the next phase of our renovation project as well.
