Well, in this case the Geico coverage was not enough to cover the damages to their own totaled vehicle much less the other 2 vehicles damaged, nor was it comprehensive enough to cover the medical costs. In less than 10 days after the accident AutoOwners has already completed and processed our claims, provided payment for our totaled vehicle and we have not seen a medical bill! Geico... well they sent us a notice confirming our claim exceeded the owners coverage and stating we would have to use our company AutoOwner for our claim and indicating AutoOwners would then have to pursue their insured for reimbursement! Basically washing their hands of it and hanging out their customer to dry! 15 minutes has cost this person much more than I'm sure they figured they saved! My advise...
