I arranged with R & S to pick up the appliances, I was called when they were on the way, I met them at the house, and the two of them promptly moved the appliances in. While she did the paperwork, he cleaned the mess that was left (he didn't have to). Also, he offered to hook up the appliances, but I had a plumber coming in so no need. However, I soooo appreciated the offer. Both of them were so good, I gave them a tip!
