Very easy to deal with, fast and excellent service to sum it all. - Well, this was the initially review until I found out that they took my "Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar for Home Gym Strength Training Workout Equipment, 400LBS". I called them several times and left messages about this missing item. Finally, they said that it's part of the junk, and I replied that I told them that the dog house and the training equipment are not junk and are being used. I pointed out that anything in between them was trash, and they replied, "yes." At first, there was denial; however, on the second thought, they said the only way to replace it is by voucher for future junk removal. I told you I needed the training equipment or replaced it with a similar type because that's what I need and not junk removal again? The guy said he consulted with his boss and hung the phone. This company is full of unreliable idiots. We scheduled for them to come on Saturday 7/22 at 11am. We called since they didn't show up and the guy tells us that he remembers scheduling us but it's not in their system. Then proceeds to tell us we are gonna have to wait until first he said Monday and then he says Tuesday. Explained to him the huge inconvenience they have just caused us since we are in the middle of moving new furniture in and now the stuff we needed dumped is all in the way of us being able to move the stuff in.
