I have never written a Yelp review before but feel compelled to do so. I broke my iPad screen just before a planned holiday trip to Vermont. I logged onto the iCracked website and within less than four minutes my phone rang and Craig was ready to arrange the repair. After I hung up I saw that Craig had already sent three text messages to my cell phone even before he called me! I arrived in Vermont late on Friday afternoon and, as pre-arranged, Craig turned up having driven the 30 minutes from his home to meet me at 5:00 on the dot. He promised to have my iPad repaired by Sunday evening. On Saturday afternoon Craig called to say it was ready and he could deliver it that evening. Unfortunately I was already planning to go out for dinner that evening. No problem for Craig, he asked where we were dining and delivered my iPad to the restaurant during my dinner! Because Eric had done so many iPhone 5c repairs recently, he didn't have a new screen in stock to replace my broken one, but gave me the option to have it rush shipped to arrive the next day and come to my location to fix it. I didn't mind waiting a few extra days to fix the phone, though. On the day of the appointment, Eric let me know earlier in the morning that he would be arriving about 30 minutes late, but he still arrived within 10 minutes of our original appointment time. Very professional; reviewed the status of my phone before and after the repair. Had it back to me within an hour, as good as new. He even took the extra step of replacing the home button (at his cost) since it was filled with glass and dust from the broken screen, plus added a screen protector at no additional cost. What a great service this is! Not only is it convenient but the whole process was easy and the communication and service provided was wonderful. Within minutes of requesting service, I got a text and a phone call to set up an appointment. Eric was great to work with and was very professional. I got a text to confirm the appointment and a text to let me know he had arrived. Within a half hour my phone was fixed-Eric walked through all of the functions of the phone to be sure everything worked before he left. MADE ME A HERO! Son's iphone 5 screen cracked badly after drop. No icracked service near his South Shore School. BUT! Eric agreed to meet at away game in Exeter NH. Could not have been easier or more convenient! We met up near the field, he did some basic diagnostic checks, took phone elsewhere for screen R&R. Returned by halftime!
