As a middle-aged, self-admitted tech "challenged" person I have appreciated his patience with my questions and willingness to work with me through processes like transferring data from one laptop to another, setting up printer connections, or addressing Android issues. I was so comfortable with him that I connected my 93-year-old Dad to him for his computer needs - Josh was so kind and compassionate. Last week my laptop died and Josh recommended a new computer to purchase. Before I returned to him with my new machine to transfer the data he told me that when he opened my old computer the RAM was loose - when he reconnected it the computer started working. Maybe other businesses would have neglected to inform me of this information and gone ahead to charge me for a transfer but Josh, as always, was honest to a fault. I was having problems with My laptop. I got some kind of virus that had started to take over a bunch of My accounts and confusingly logged into My files. A few people had looked at it and couldn't pinpoint the problem. Josh found the problem within 30 minutes, communicating with Me every step of the way in helping to ensure My laptop and personal data was taken care of. When he figured out what the problem was, he immediately took care of it and explained to Me what happened, as well as how to avoid it happening again. He was so compassionate and well-versed in technology, I would absolutely go to him again-- but hopefully I don't have to! Great Service, Fair Pricing, and Quick Turnaround! I took my computer in with a charging issue and Josh knew exactly what was wrong at first glance! Though it was worse than either of us thought he provided great advice and answered all my questions! I ended up buying a new computer, but had I waited a few days he would have be able to hook me up with virtually the same thing I had probably for a fraction of the cost! Pricing, for parts and labor are very fair. I went in a second time for help transferring my data, and Josh took the time to help me and provided me an adapter. I contacted this business since I had dropped my cell phone and the glass was smashed. I was told to come in immediately, which I did and the repair was completed quickly and very professionally. He also repaired my wife's phone at the same time. This one looked like a cracked glass, but he determined that it was only the plastic cover, which he replaced very quickly. Great shop! I came in with an old compact laptop featuring both a stuck cover over the hard drive and a swollen battery pack. Joshua came up with a clever way to get the cover off safely and within just a few minutes I was heading out with a weight off my shoulders and the hard drive in my pocket; and Joshua only charged me for the short 1-2 min it took. I needed my son's computer screen fixed and while the new screen was on order, they set up my son's computer so he could use it with a monitor. They even lended me the adaptor to hook his computer into the monitor!!! Works like a charm!!
