The project manager was a guy I went to school with so I trusted his judgement as I don't know anything about roofs or the construction of. Paid $10,000, and 6 days later, the first rain fall after, the leak was still in the same spot. They tried saying it was this, that and they did come out and try to fix it. The last thing I heard in January was that they were going to do a water test (HMM WHY DIDNT YOU DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?) when the weather warmed up. I called beginning of March, and the project manager that had originally helped me out said he didn't work there anymore and to contact Harold and Shelby. I called, left several messages, resorted to looking them up on Facebook where I was blocked. Once I was blocked, I told them from my husbands account that they could plan on seeing us in court. He (Harold) says "it's your chimney been telling you all along. See you in court". I've never spoken to Harold and I have in writing that they would take care of the leak no matter what and would be back to fix it. These people are cowards and don't stand behind their work. However, right before my inspection I found out these other services could not be provided. My home inspector provided great pictures and a lot of issues were in the report. However, my home inspector missed a lot of big concerns. The electrical was all messed up and needed rewiring (not too expensive to fix but this was a missed fire hazard). The new furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace venting was too small ($5,000 bill). The electrical outlets weren't even grounded. How does a home inspector missed that?? It literally is just putting in a cheap testing device into the outlets to check them.
