I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. My wife and I purchased 2 Tesla Model 3s this year to replace our gasoline cars. Mine was…read moredelivered first at the end of March 2021. We did not want to drive it until the car's finish was protected as well as get good window tinting for privacy and UV protection. After researching this industry and looking at Tesla's website for recommendations, we choose Bulldog, now RPM. Another factor was the closeness to the Tesla delivery center, literally under 2 miles. I asked for a quote, which Arianna, their accounts/front office specialist provided. She worked well with us to make sure they could accommodate our delivery date and their schedule. We took delivery on a Friday and drove immediately over to RPM. Dropped off the car and briefly went over the scope before heading back to Tucson. The work was going to take a week, which worked out well for us. I was concerned about leaving our car outside, which they assured us it would be inside their facility the whole time. Tesla's have a very good location feature as well as notification when driven. They were true to their word and made sure the car was inside and safe at all times. We had a partial wrap, which consisted of a front bra, hood PPF, rockers and pillars PPF, ceramic coating entire car, all glass tinted. The car was finished on time and Arianna called me on Thursday the following week to let me know. I had a scheduling conflict on Friday, but Kyle (one of the owners) said he would be happy to meet me on Saturday morning to fit my schedule! Got there at 10:00am and Kyle was there waiting for me. We went over the car and all I can say is wow! They did a remarkable job! Everything done to our agreement and expectations! Fast forward 3 months and we too delivery of our second model 3, identical to our first. Wanted to make sure it too was protected, reached out to Arianna. She provided us a discount for returning customers. We also upgraded to a better quality tint for the windshield, but it was a wash with the discount! Once again she accommodated our schedule (Tesla does not provide a delivery date until the last moment). Dropped it off and they hopped right on it. Again they made sure the car was secured in their facility at all times. Once again the work was perfect! I had my windshield replaced due to a crack and had them put on the higher end tint on it. Also had my sunroof's tint replaced with the same material. Again, a great job! It is a 2.5 hour drive each way to their shop for us. Their outstanding customer service and focus made the trips well worth the effort. I will not consider any other detailer for future work! Kyle, Arianna and the rest of their folks at RPM are outstanding!

They did a good job. Car looked clean and new. The windows did have streaks which I hate and always get when I go thru a car wash I guess you can't escape it. As you can see from the pictures the top of all 4 windows of my vehicle were not touched. He had the keys and was able to roll them down to be cleaned, he just didn't i guess. The passenger side glove box still has visible dirt/ dust marks. There are many small circular liquid specs on my center console and dashboard. Grease/ liquid marks on the back door. His 400$ detail also includes the engine bay to be cleaned but he thought that mine was "clean enough already" so he told me he skipped that part all together, still making the price out to be $400. I don't think that was the right thing to do. There was really nothing special about this detail compared to the standard $250 detailing in my opinion.
