I got a new car a couple of months ago and wanted to make sure it can be its best. I got an appointment to have the SILVER EXTERIOR Exterior Clear Coat CERAMIC PRO and the Interior also. The lady setting up the appointment was very knowledgable and helpful. When I dropped off my car, the technician was amazing too. I talked it over with him and added extra coating on the additional windows. When I picked it up, it looked amazing. He helped me to understand the care to make it last as long as possible. When they found out that my wife's birthday was the week of my booking too, they did what they could and got her slotted in for the same day, with different team. Her Range Rover went from egads to wow. Both folks who cleaned her SUV, I went interior detail and then an external wash, did a fantastic job/work. They know vehicles and it shows. For my BMW I did the full package interior and exterior detail. I was blown away how good it turned out and how much care went into it. I loved they do mobile, hence we had it done at our home; and loved how they kept me in the loop both for confirmation, when they were on their way and when they arrived. tried them twice. first time, they were only able to partially wash my car in 2.5 hours. I had to tell them to stop so I could use the car to pick up my kids from school. $55 or $60 for that. the second time was to be free- and I wish I didnt even use them. they barely did the inside. dash was partially dusted but partially still covered. backseats still had chips all over them and the leather wasn't even clean! our entire office has pretty much stopped using them because every one has had a horrible experience in their own way. read more

I was really impressed with the engine compartment which looked pretty bad including some corrosion from living near a beach for several years, and it looked great after their detailing too. If you notice anything they might have missed after you've gotten home, just bring it back and they'll take care of it on the spot. That was my case where I noticed some patches of interior window has that they probably didn't see in bright daylight. As someone not all too familiar with the myriad of options presented by detailers, it was stressful and just a bit intimidating deciding who to go with and what package to select. Using Yelp, I managed to get connected with Brett and his team at RECON and from the very beginning I was impressed. Brett was super professional and took time to walk me through all of my options, making recommendations along the way based on my needs. I ended up going with an interior/exterior detail with clay bar, primer, and a ceramic coating for just over $300 after a generous first time customer coupon. Brett and the price were both fantastic, but somehow, the work performed was even more breathtaking. Ricky, the detailer, was an absolute beast and my car literally looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot (brand new) 5 years ago! The interior was pristine and it was easy to see their attention to detail. The chrome on the outside was polished beautifully, the paint has scratch free shine and the ceramic coating is doing wonders repelling water and protecting the paint. They even detailed the engine and made it look like it was fresh from the factory! Best part is, they warranty the work with the ceramic coating, which is great to know. They offer on site car washing for a fair price as well and I intend to have them back in the near future. My only recommendation would be to offer some kind of subscription washing/touch up service to compete with the big guys out here if its possible. Being mobile/on site is a huge value add. Combined with the quality of work, I think customers would be willing to pay a fair amount for such a subscription. I know I would be! We are super pleased with our mobile car detailing experience with RECON! I was skeptical at first, as I have always used the drive thru washes and never had my car truly detailed.
