He was quick and efficient, they said it would take about an hour or so and that's about what it took. The carpets were a tad wetter than they made it sound they would be but they dried mostly by the next morning (they were here at about 3pm) the house smelled fresh and our 4 year old carpets looked new again. We had never had them cleaned even though it should be a yearly event, we were surprised that they were able to make them look new again. My first visit to ladies came out and offered the deep cleaning service. I would expect with every visit. The next visit the same, two ladies came out and did an average job and left before I had an opportunity to walk through the area, and I was a little disappointed that somethings were left, either undone, or simply not cleaned at all. Second time around was much better but still lacking. Second 1/2 of job turned out better. Third part was installing LVT in bathroom which was a disaster.
