In my original review, I mentioned the hotel-style folded towels, which is such a nice touch. I should've also mentioned the occasional toilet paper folding designs. A reflection of their skill and attention to detail, it's SO LOVELY. We stay out of their way when they work and that initial walk through the house after they're gone produces the best feeling. Their help keeping the house in order relieves so much stress. We're always so impressed how perfect the house looks and smells. My in-laws, sister, best friend, neighbor, neighbor's adult children, and a coworker all use Mendez and sing their praises at any mention of the team or when anyone is looking for a referral. We're preparing to move out of state & I know it's going to be a challenge, if not impossible, to find a service that checks all the boxes of the Mendez team - quality, efficiency, kindness, pricing, reliability. I booked a month in advance for a clean in April. She assured me that the time will work and even gave a 2 day call to remind me of the services coming up. We did a deep clean and every thing was great! The refrigerator was cleaner than we received it and we are so satisfied with the attention to detail she has done throughout the clean. Our appointment was from 1:30 PM with 2 cleaners (Blanca & Angelica) for a 4 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home. Refer to the deep cleaning checklist. Upon arrival and checking things out, after Blanca has left, I noticed a few drawers still dirty and untouched. I did contact Blanca's Cleaning for assistance & they came the next day at 0800 AM to ensure each drawer was cleaned to my standards!
