They were hired to clean windows, sills and doors. wiping down sills inside and out was part of their description of what would be done. I will never hire them again. I was told to move my car and did but guess they did get finished and had to come back next day. I had taken my wife's car in for service and didn't make it back in time to move my car. They got bleach all over my black Sentra. It totally ruined the clear coat. They could have rinsed it off but instead the employee decided more important for a break and let it set and dry. When I got back and went to my car I saw the damage. I approached the employee and asked him to move his equipment because they had me blocked in and he ignored me. I had to get the hotel manager to have him rinse my car(which was too late) and move his equipment. Very upset and because they sent out notes they're not responsible. I'm fine with that but they could have rinsed my car as soon as it got on it. They rinsed all the plants but seen fit not to rinse my car. To me this is very unprofessional.

I've had them to my place three times and each time, they've had to return to redo the work. The people they send are nice but the quality of the work is below average. Save yourself a lifetime of harassment and use a different company. I cannot get them to stop bothering me.
