He drove all the way from a job in Crescent Beach to Jacksonville Beach and worked in the middle of the midday FL heat! Not only did he provide stellar customer service, he went above and beyond to point out potential hazards and cleaned more than he needed to. Our home looks brand new! I found Larry on Groupon and I called him prior to purchasing the Groupon. I didn't end up purchasing the Groupon but he still honored the Groupon price to pressure wash the house, drive way, sidewalk, and a massive wood deck. I called him on a Monday and he finished the job that week. Since I live out of state, he took before and after pictures. I was able to pay him via credit card and there were no additional fees for using credit. I CANNOT STRESS HOW GOOD IT LOOKED AFTERWARDS. He does wonderful work! While on the initial phone call with him, he mentioned that he also paints (interior only) so I gave him the lockbox code to go in the vacant house to give me an estimate on the various projects. I ended up doing most of the work myself over a couple of weekends but Larry did the doors for me. There are 13 doors in the house and the tenant had several dogs that really did a number on those doors. Larry sanded, primed, and painted all of them. Couldn't see any of the gouge marks after! His rates are very reasonable. He does fantastic work and he's a trustworthy dude. He did not pay me to say this; I'm just a huge fan since he helped me tremendously get the house in shape.

Writing this review is very much a surprise for me because I have been meaning to write a…read morecompletely different one. We have used Pristine twice now. Both times, the team showed up on time, were pleasant and did a great job. After the first time, my husband even wrote a glowing review in our "Next Door" community. Based on recent events, my husband has taken down his review and I am now unable to write the glowing review I had planned and here is why. Pristine cleaned our windows a few weeks ago. We thought they did a great job. For the most part they did. After they left though, later that night, we noticed that the glass panel in our front door was all of a sudden foggy. We are observant people so we know it wasn't like that the way before the windows were washed. We didn't make much of it, as we just figured we would call Brandon and he'd know how to fix it. We figured maybe it was a chemical residue that he could remove. We weren't worried. What transpired next was both a shock to us and just completely unprofessional. Brandon immediately went on the defensive, accusing me of accusing him of ruining our door panel. He wasn't interested in what the problem was, just in defending his company. It was an irrational, crazy conversation; one I thought would play out quite differently. Did he think we were trying to get a free door panel from him?!?! After a few texts back and forth, he agreed to come and take a look at it. That was March 21st. On April 3rd, he still had not come. So I texted him again, not wanting to get on the phone with him again. He did not respond. I texted him two days later. He did not respond. Later that day I said, ok I guess I will air my grievance in my review. That got his attention and he texted back right away. He said he'd be over tomorrow. He did not show up. He did not call to say he wouldn't show up. That was 6 days ago. So here I am warning all of you to NOT hire Pristine. If everything goes great, then you'll be okay, but should you have any problem of any kind, they will not have the attitude of "how can we make this better," as any good business should have. They will leave you high and dry; make you feel like you are a terrible person who is clearly trying to get away with something. People who know me for 5 minutes know I am not that person and I am deeply offended by his words and his actions. And his inactions. In my opinion, they are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other window washing companies out there that conduct themselves with integrity and treat their clients with respect.
