He only did most of the inside windows, and said he would be back in a couple days to complete the job. Then he texted and said he couldn't do the outside upstairs windows because he didn't have a high enough ladder. We said that was fine, just complete everything else we agreed on minus the upstairs outside windows. Since then I have not heard from him, I have texted but no response. I had paid him half, now I wish I had waited till the job was completed to pay.
