I had the option of having them clean the insides of the windows, too, but decided to just go with the exteriors for my first time. I was especially impressed that they were able to remove an unsightly film that had covered part of two windows--something I had tried my best to remove but couldn't. But what makes this family company even greater is their attention to their customers. The owner and his team are so nice--responsive, polite, & hardworking--and their prices are really reasonable. DHI was one of the companies and we ended up selecting DHI Roofing even though they were slightly higher than the other company. Hank Bartee with DHI was the gentlemen we worked with and he was courteous and professional. He was on the project site numerous times the day the roof was installed. On top of this, we had them do our home about 9 years ago or so and when they did, they caused damage to our siding and rails on porch and deck. This was thousands of dollars worth of damage. They sent some contractor to repair the damage and he wasn't that great either. Our neighbors also had their roof done and also received damage on there house. They most recently used them again, well this time they had trash all over my yard and even killed my grass on my yard. I was told by someone from DHI that they would use a magnet to pick up any nails that was leftover including on my yard. That was not the case. I used mine and found a bunch. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen for roofing. They lie and deceive.

After wandering around to confirm they were following her, she pulled into a cul-de-sac. They followed her, so she pulled her phone out to take a picture of them, and they sped off. I called the company to complain and had to leave three messages before they called me back. When I did get a call back, the person was not interested in hearing my concern but rather argued with me that I had left 3 messages. When I explained that my persistence stemmed from the fact that their employees tailed my wife, he hung up on me. Those who consider using this company should be aware of this event.

They were able to come out same week, did the inspection and showed us where the leak was happening, but also where our roof had taken hail damage and suggested we contact our insurance to see what coverage we could get from them. They also came out the day the insurance adjuster came out so they could answer any questions or provide any further information, which was nice. When it was time to schedule our roof replacement, I was worried about the time frame as they were having a busy season and my parents were coming to stay with us in a few weeks. However they found a time for us just before my parents trip and had the roof off and replaced in 1 day. This also included replacing the old 80s skylights we had with the modern versions. They came back next day to do a quick walk through and check for any straggling nails etc in our lawn/around the outside of the house. I think (despite insurance not really helping us - which is not Innovatives fault at all) we were given a good deal. The shingles they used were the highest quality rated for hail and impact resistant. We got to pick from quite a few options of shingle color and it came out great. My only tiny critique is that the person who originally came to do the inspection seemed to not want to talk to me (I was the only one available to be home that day) and would make comments about "letting my husband know" and when he came back on the day of the insurance adjuster he literally only talked to my husband. It might not have been done consciously, but it made me feel excluded from the decision making.
