All Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating

All Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating

I contracted with All Season to do work because in an old house I have that did not cool well…read more Their tech told me it was because of slack in flexible ducting and insulation on the air handler after inspecting all ducting, including in the attic, and air handler in the basement. They said they would do the recommended work in June or July 2022. I gave them explicit instructions to call me before any work is done because the property is a rental property and the tenant needs to be notified. They did not do the work and I never heard from them again, which is fine, since I know they were busy and it sounds like they were understaffed. I called another company who correctly diagnosed the problem as no insulation in the attic. So I contracted with an insulation company in August and the insulation solved my problem. In mid-November, six months AFTER they were supposed to do the work, All Season techs simply showed up without permission to do unauthorized work putting a minimal amount of insulation on the air handler in the basement without contacting me or anyone else. A week later I received a bill. The owner ultimately called me back to discuss this and worked out a satisfactory solution. He did agree that people going into my house without my knowledge or permission should never happen and apologized, especially since I no longer needed that work to be done. He removed that work from my bill.

I have used Anderson Heating and Cooling for many years now and have always had fast and reliable…read moreservice. Recently , had a new heat pump installed and had fast and friendly service

First let me preface this with some background, since I've been a self employed plumber in Denver…read morefor 40 years I know that sometimes the general public can be a little unrealistic,so I don't do this lightly. I purchased some rental property in Cumberland in anticipation of retiring there. We began to have problems with the furnace in the Carriage house so I started looking on line to find someone to repair or replace it (since the current furnace was from the '60's. I called Anderson and after we negotiated a price they went in and replace the unit. A few months later I had the occasion to get out there for some other repairs that I wanted to do, so my partner and I went in the carriage house to check out the new furnace. As soon as we opened the garage door we were assaulted by a wall of natural gas. After shutting down the gas main, we investigated the work and found a gas line fitting that was so loose that I could spin it with my fingers. Since we were only there for the day, we decided to make the necessary repairs ourselves. After I returned home I contacted Mark Anderson to discuss the situation and let him know what we found. While he was somewhat accommodating about fixing or trying to fix a couple of other things that I was disappointed hadn't been done, He emphatically denied that his lead man would ever put my property or my tenants in danger that way. I left the conversation, telling him that I simply wanted him to be informed about what we had found so that he could increase supervision on this guy or rid himself of the liability he presented to the company and the general public. So needless to say, we will not be using them in the future and if anyone out there is considering their services BE WEARY!!!

Unbelievably accommodating…read more Service? The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)
