There were repeated delays, changes in direction and a lack of follow-through on key actions I hired her to perform. Without my knowledge or consent, she consulted with other attorneys I had prior relationships with and billed me thousands of dollars for those communications. I was also billed for work that did not advance my case in a meaningful way. Communication was inconsistent, and at times unprofessional. I experienced conduct that did not reflect the level of professionalism or focus I expected from legal counsel handling a serious matter.
