They will not add another case or two onto a neighboring business that they are already delivering to, because it's a small business order... If you do not order by their rigid 1 pm deadline... You will not have a delivery for a month! Other distributing companies locally are very supportive of small business. Adding on a case or two or three is never a problem... However, with Andrews, if you have a small order you are no one to them!

The customer service was great, we were greeted immediately and the staff was helpful, not at all in your face trying to make a sale type of people. The delivery men were very fast and very professional! The poor guys had to deliver a bed set, a huge couch, chairs, TV Stand and a coffee table to the 3rd floor. Not once did they complain. I recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.
