Employees were standing around talking amongst one another. Wasn't even acknowledged. The humidor definitely needed some tender-loving-care. The purple haired girl that works there now discriminates against disabled people. She was very rude and treated me like a thief for asking to use restroom. She claimed " you never buy anything." Need to know why women are allowed in with purses but a bike bag isn't. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by two clerks. After browsing the whiskey isle for a good while one of the guys asked us if we needed help decided on anything. (Wasn't pushy and he asked when we clearly looked indecisive). He then let us try sample of two different whiskey brand. Definitely a nice touch and something I wasn't expecting. Like I said, I'm from Chicago and we definitely don't get service like that. We kept browsing trying to decide (the samples didn't help because they were both good!). At one point, I asked if one particular brand was worth the $42 price and he gave an honest answer and said no. I thought that was great that he gave his honest and unbiased opinion and didn't take the opportunity to sell us something we wouldn't like.
