Trujillo immediately responded and said he would take care of the problem. Trujillo was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. We called about getting a new central air unit and was told they were very busy and couldn't get to us til end of March. It's now April and we never even got a phone call explaining if they were still coming or just not going to show up ever. We wasted all that time waiting on J and S to come when we could have been in touch with another company. Now we have to start all over again and it's getting hot really fast. Very disappointed in J and S and bummed that they didn't even respect a customer enough to make a phone call and totally blew us off.

They came back twice and could not fix it. I was told that it might require a $481 part, but that they couldn't guarantee that would make it work as the gas extractor might be cracked (but they weren't sure). Although they knew my water heater wasn't working, I received no more word from them for a week, until I called the following Monday. They said they would check on the circumstances and call me back that afternoon. I got no call until Thursday when a workman said he had a work order to come out and take a look. Meanwhile, as I told them when they originally "serviced" it, we were having 6 girls riding in the Tour of the Gila, and we needed hot water. So, I got someone else to replace my water heater. Although I hold J+S responsible for all of this, they have not accepted responsibiity, nor offered reparations. I could certainly not recommend them even for the simplest of plumbing jobs
