However, my insurance company mandated a new roof. Joshua left literature on options, and told me to study them and pick what I wanted. There was no pressure or upselling. The office staff told me I was up for the first of May and this was February. In March they called and were ready to start work. What a surprise! They were efficient, cleaned up after each day, and charged me a fair price on my metal roof. They also followed through with closing out the permit in a timely manner.
