The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

Either they did not respond or they were unavailable to do the work for several weeks. When I called Coast to Coast I was pleasantly surprised. They said they had someone in the area and they could be over in an hour. Sure enough they were there in an hour. They measured the windows and called me later that day with a price which was reasonable for the size of windows. They said they would be able to install them in a week. Their order was late so it was a week and a half before the windows were installed but that was quicker than other companies would have completed the job. The installation was quick, done neatly, and the windows look great!

We were told the next step would be to have them come out and re-seal around the windows. Well, we've been promised that someone would come out. We've been promised someone would call. Frankly, all we've gotten is excuses and delays. I've had to follow up with their "legal liaison" (who needs a legal liaison unless you're constantly running into legal problems?!?) who, on the surface seems helpful, but NOTHING is getting done and it's exhausting to have to continually follow up on a vendor that doesn't do what they say. My install was on 11/19/22 and the front door which they replaced had a 6" threshold nut the replacement was only 4". The install guy mixed up concrete and poured it to cover the 2" gap. What it really needed was an extension. I was told they would order the part and come back. I waited for 4 months and I called ." We just received the part and we'll send a tech to put it on". But when the tech arrived he admitted he bought something from Lowe's and it was wrong. Watch this company because they have no problem lying to their customers. For $22k I expected a good job. Instead it looks like a handyman botched it. Like I said the windows are nice but I wouldn't have this company install doors. And knowing what I know now I would have tried another company. New South's customer service sucks!
