They replaced the doors and the downspout for the super gutter and found an issue with the super gutter brackets, they should be flat under the roof. One of the worst experiences of my life. A few pointers for prospective customers based on my…read moreexperience and opinion: - Don't, you will be sorry. As soon as you put down a deposit you are at their mercy. You will find the house you are buying is quite different from the model unless you come up with much more money. - Check the Better Business Bureau grade. Last time I looked it was "F". - Believe absolutely nothing the salesman or the construction manager says. - Read the word "Allowance" in their contract as "allow us" to charge whatever we want. - Be prepared to have walls that are designed to be filled with concrete filled instead with sand. - Be prepared to have foundations designed to have steel rebar omitted and concrete poured on non-compacted ground. - Be prepared to wait almost a year longer than their "standard 300 day" construction schedule. This was before Covid problems. - Don't allow them to apply for the building permit in their name. They will hold the Certificate of Occupancy until you accept and pay for a house that is not finished. You are going to pay for the permit, get it in your name. - Don't make the final payment until absolutely everything is finished. They will send out a very personable "closer" who will promise everything will be fixed. Once you make the payment he won't even return your phone call. - Don't sign the "warranty" document. It's not a warranty, it's a limit on what they have to fix. For instance "A crack is not a crack until it is 1/8 inch wide". - I recommend you stay completely away from this builder.

If we knew how difficult it was going to be to work with the office we would've went elsewhere. I would not recommend using this builder.
