After about 18 months the guttering started to leak , I investigated and found that the union bracket was defective and not screwed to the fascia board , The defect on the bracket was one of the clips only had one fixing and the top edge of the gutter had been cut away which meant the gutter was not clipped in and therefor floating and because the bracket was not fixed able to be moved by rain or wind. His work looked fine but we are worried if any other short cuts have been made . Wayne the pain was how he introduced himself , alas the pain is all ours. Attempts to get a reply as to why this happened have been ignored.

Awful company. 'Diagnosed' the damp issue spending hardly any time on the matter, concluded it was…read more'rising damp'. Came in, did the works. The damp has now got worse and settled around the areas they treated. We brought them back in to ask why this has happened, and he said he didn't know, but would be happy quote for a fix! You couldn't make it up. The salesmen (which is what he is, not a damp expert) was no where near as enthusiastic the second time around.
