For anyone reading this review, unless you want to deal with an unprofessional petty business owner who gives zero shits to customer services, find yourself another business for your special day. Don't let him add a sprinkle of special on your big day. If you do decide to work with N3DStudios, read the fine print in the contract and terms & conditions because he fails to explain his services in fine details in the initial call. _______________________________________________ Booking and Initial Impressions My partner and I booked N3D for our wedding on June 23rd, 2024, based on stellar online reviews and positive feedback from friends who had previously hired N3D for their events. We were confident we had made the right choice. Prior to our wedding, Ned was very professional. We had several virtual meetings to discuss our vision for the photos and videos. I even compiled a PDF of specific poses and video inspirations. Ned assured us he could deliver exactly what we wanted. Wedding Day Experience On our wedding day, the team seemed fantastic, capturing what appeared to be great shots. I was excited to see the final content. According to our contract, we expected to receive our photos and videos within 60 to 90 days (could be delayed if it's wedding season). The Nightmare Begins However, the nightmare began when my partner reached out on August 21st to inquire about our content. Communication from Ned became non-existent. He would leave messages unread for months, with no replies to emails, texts, or Instagram messages. When he did respond, it was always with the same excuse: he was backed up and needed more time. Photo Delivery and Disappointment This pattern continued for months. Finally, on April 10th, 2024, 10 months after our wedding, we received a link to our photos. We were extremely disappointed. Many of the requested shots were missing, and the editing was overly airbrushed, completely opposite to what we had asked for. We asked him to re-edit the photos once, but the results were still horrible, so we gave up. Video Delivery and Further Disappointment Communication about the video was equally poor. After 14 months, on September 11, 2024, we received a link to our video and highlights. The result was devastating. The video was poorly edited, with shaky clips and a random placement of songs we had specifically chosen. It felt as though a child had edited our wedding footage. Unfulfilled Promises We have yet to receive our photo album, which was part of our package, even after 18 months. Review and Denial To add to our frustration, my brother-in-law left an honest review detailing how bad the service was. Instead of addressing the issues, Ned denied all the claims. This lack of accountability was the final straw for us. Final Recommendation I would strongly advise against hiring this company for any event. Save yourself the stress and find a professional who will deliver the quality and service you deserve.
