Moving forward--current day still ride along for scrap recycling and this place by far has best prices, doesn't seem to be down with the "stolen catalytic converters" (ethics matter), and have their sh*t together on "who" they are dealing with. One can't totally be *fool-proof* but you can tell when a business owner/manager has common sense when a client walks into their business.
