It seems when I submit the necessary paperwork, they come at me with 'new' paperwork that is missing, which not mentioned on the checklist. Seems the game of introducing new 'shit' is just a method of delay. And; you cant reach anyone on the phone. Forget it. If you do...no one seems to be on the same page. 2nd; It scares me to think the people employed there are under trained and incompetent...I guess like any other govt position??? 3rd: I welcome these employees to come to a public facility and see how they like it when things are delayed...when results are delayed...when their questions to their well being are being delayed. I would love to see their reactions. Its pathetic.

Once you enter this location, you will have to walk through a metal detector. One should be prepared to place their belongings in the bin, before entering the metal detector. Afterwards, you are directed by the Security Guard to the kiosk to enter your name and the services requested. The wait time isn't that long to be seen. There is no intercom service, and no visible signage to view your name. You will have to wait to hear your name from the staff behind the glass. Once your name is called, the staff member asks about your requested services. The staff does not escort to any office spaces, to discuss your affairs. Unfortunately you will have to discuss your affairs through a glass, near the client's in the waiting area. The staff however are professional and helpful.

Similar to Medieval times, although the food is not as bad still not good. You have to relinquish all of your personal items, shoes, jewelery, etcetera. Weird concept but I'm open to new dining experiences. Seating is also a little odd. Their "booths" are more like small rooms with steel doors and locks. Also the "booth" has a sink and toilet in it. I'm guessing that's how they do it in France but it really didn't improve the ambiance. Service was an absolute nightmare. You think that after taking your picture and fingerprints it would lead to a more personal dining experience. WRONG. I sat in my "booth" for like 2hrs before even seeing anyone. When I did, did she take my drink order? No. She asked if I needed to make a phone call. WTF? If making phone calls is so important to the restaurant then why did you take my cell phone? You think I actually remember phone numbers? I know like a billion people. Not even Stephen Hawking on that pill that gives you the ability to use your whole brain could memorize that many numbers. I digress... I declined the use of a phone, and politely asked for an ice tea and perhaps a wine list. Now I have to emphasize that I did in fact ask politely because for some reason she said I was being a " Smart Ass" and freaking tazed me. When was the last time you were tazed for asking for a wine list? Well only if you've eaten at that Friday's in Baltimore, but I surely did not expect it at a "fine" dining establishment. When I came to and wiped the drool from my face I noticed my food was waiting for me. Having not seen a menu I guess it is a Chefs selection type deal. Well this "chef" must have recently gone through a horrible divorce as the selection was appalling. Hot dog, little carrots and a box of milk. Not having my watch I am unsure how long I was passed out but everything was cold except the milk. The bun was uninspired and tasted like paste. I am not sure what animal ass they used to make the hot dog but I think it was actual dog. VERY gamy and chewy as was the milk. Good thing the toilet was there because I gave the meal right back. Now the bill... You can't simply ask for your tab and leave. Oh no. You have to have a chat with a bitter old person they simply call "The commissioner" . I never thought we would have to review the history of my life and careers to give me the freaking bill for the meal. She was all double homicide this, racketeering that and really I just wanted to get out of there. Total bill? $25,000.00 No I didn't have a seizure on my number pad you read it right. Twenty Five Thousand Dollars. "We take credit cards with a nominal fee but no discover or amex" she tells me. Really? Well let me tell you Visa is not keen on raising your limit for this particular restaurant. Denied. Well that's not a problem because they have hundreds of numbers of people that will pay your bill for a 10% sir-charge. Thank goodness. I spoke with a Mr. Tiny set it up and within a couple hours I was finally allowed to leave the restaurant. Second worst meal ever. If you read this far I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. If you are bored with the same ol dining experience, i would suggest a picnic instead. Unless you like your meals with a side of S&M you will not like it.

There's even a decent spot to jump off the train tracks into the water below, although take care because the water can be shallow in spots.

I enjoy visiting libraries from time to time. To me, they feel like miniature reflections of the…read morelocal community--each one carrying the character, values, and stories of the people who live in the area. This is a Very nice library, large enough in scale, with a lot of computers for public use, plenty seating areas for work and study, brightness through the large glass wall. Beautifully designed. Ample parking included handicap and EV charging. Restroom is good size located right before the main entrance. Large kids area with books, tables, chairs and a full schedule of activities. Teen center also come with activities plans. The only downside, is the homeless issues, they just come and stink up the entire place. The SAD part is, this is not just a HCL problem , this happens to all public libraries, cause you cannot tell them not to come to a public facility. Free hclwireless unsecured wifi. Highly recommend to bring your own sanitizing wipes to wipe down everything you plan to sit and use before seated.
