Put in 14 shower doors for us and each one is perfect. Great to work with would absolutely use them again. Could not recommend them more.

The entire job consisted of removing and erecting multiple walls and ceilings, removing and installing hard wood flooring in multiple rooms, installing pocket doors, relocating electrical fixtures, and painting (matching existing colors perfectly). All his work, cost estimates, and time projections were clearly listed in a well executed contract. No additional costs were incurred and the job was completed in the time frame listed. A definite plus! The cost of the project was approximately $13,000.00 and was started and completed in August of 2017. All work was professionally and skillfully performed. Paul's attention to detail was clearly evident in the finished product. We would highly recommend "Bath and Kitchen Guy" for any remodeling project you may have in mind. Highly skilled, honest, excellent communication and completely reliable. On the job every working day until job was completed. Another definite plus!! Once job was completed the work area was left spotless. Thanks Paul!

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Artistic Stone and, based on that experience, cannot…read morerecommend them. We hired Artistic Stone to replace our kitchen countertops and fireplace hearth with quartz and chose to extend the quartz up the kitchen walls for a seamless backsplash. To prepare, we removed our existing white subway tile. Although our installation was already delayed due to an "installer emergency," the situation worsened on installation day. Three of the four pieces arrived cut incorrectly, leaving large, noticeable gaps around the fireplace and along the kitchen walls. The installers attempted to persuade us to accept the pieces as they were, which was unacceptable given the cost of the project. After they contacted their team, they attributed the mistakes to their templating software and accepted no responsibility. That same day--for the very first time--we were informed that our cabinet trim would have to be removed for the quartz backsplash to be installed, as they were unwilling to cut around it. This had not been mentioned at any point during six weeks of communication or even during the in‑home templating appointment just a week and a half earlier. Because removing the trim risked damaging our cabinets (which were glued and screwed together), we had no choice but to abandon the quartz backsplash plan entirely and reinstall subway tile--bringing us back to our original setup at roughly twice the cost, which we had to arrange ourselves. When we attempted to speak to the owner about these issues, we were told he was "off the grid." When he eventually called from a blocked number, he did not provide his name. When we requested compensation for the incorrect cuts, delays, and added expenses, we were told they were already "eating the cost" of recutting the pieces--even though the mistakes were theirs alone. After several days of back‑and‑forth, the only concession offered was a minimal discount of a few hundred dollars, despite our paying nearly $13,000. We were initially told the process from templating to installation would take 4-6 business days. Instead, it extended beyond two weeks, and we were forced to move into our new home with no backsplash, no sink, and no functioning cooktop. In our opinion, Artistic Stone was disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. Communication was poor, the mistakes were substantial, and the resolution offered was inadequate. We do not take leaving a negative review lightly, but given the significant investment of time, money, and stress involved, we feel it is necessary to share our experience.

I haven't even used my kitchen yet... he says 3 people failed to see that imperfection and denied it was there, video they took of the installation was too far to notice it on there...and the owner of the company suggested I use barkeepers friend to clean the spot. The spot doesn't need cleaning, it's already rough, it needs to be polished correctly so it can blend in correctly. It wouldn't have taken much effort to do this for a paying customer who already started to refer them to other contractors. Very disappointing to see that companies don't care about their clients... once they get your money. Was going to buy more for my bathroom and kitchen island, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They also worked with impressive efficiency, completing the remodel in just a matter of weeks without ever compromising on quality. Vin, the All Access Garage door business owner, didn't want to simply replace the spring, instead, he suggested to convert the extension springs system into torsion springs system. He promised that the torsion spring system is much better - when the job is done, I can use my two fingers to life up or close down my garage door. He is so push to get this job: he sent me $1,500 quote, without asking me to put any deposit down, and also gave me 10% discount as well. After he completed conversion, the door either is not able to close down the bottom of floor (after touching ground, the door is alway going up 1-2 feet above ground by itself), or is not able to open to the top (when push up the garage door, it always drop down 1-2 feet when I release my hand )- my garage door opener installer from Home Depot told me that my garage door opener warranty will be void if the door springs are functioning like this condition. All of the above is not the worst -- everyone can make mistakes...the key problem is that he keeps telling me that this is not a problem, I can push and keep the door closed with my garage door opener - when I lost power, I can shut the door: he give me life time warranty for my garage door opener, etc... He complaint me waste him time to do the job without paying him - I rob him money...etc..he keeps asking me to pay him and threatening me, he even fucked me over the phone.... I told him that if I paid him for this job, that means I would spent $1500 for purchasing more problems: I need to pay another guy $1500 (perhaps more for uninstallation) to fix his problem he left behind. I can't let my garage door work like this for the next 20 years or so... Further more, I didn't realize he is so un-ethical: he took all of my brand new extension springs and new heavy duty cables with him when he finished his new installation without my permission from my garage (I purchased from Home Depot just for temporarily solution waiting for repairman) -- when I ask him for my new springs and cables back, they refused to return to me!!! I have been telling him that doing this type of quality job without admitting his own problem for customer is just hurting his business....if you would like to test this person, you can try yourself...I don't know what to do for my situation...I ask him to go to the court, if the court judgement is to pay him, I would pay him right away in front of the judge....
