It is now July 19; the wedding has come and gone. This roman catholic church has the feeling of holiness that emanates into your soul when you're inside it. The life-size statues, stained glass windows, gorgeous alter, and outstanding clergy. My daughter's religious mass ceremony was breathtaking, inspirational, heartwarming, and beautiful. Lisa of the consolation team communicated effectively with me days before the service. She was compassionate and took great notes about my mother, this was beautifully reflected by Father John in his homily. Just the day before, Father Rolando prayed with us at Cassidy's Funeral Home, also done with respect in honoring my mother's time on earth. A wonderful and inviting Catholic church, it is not surprising why my parents became a part of this community.

Renovated around ten years ago Notre Dame is a beautiful, elaborate church. It is spacious, well…read more-heated in the winter, and has plenty of parking. I remember going to religious ed classes in the adjoining school. The school is large and could use a little renovating itself. I was surprised they didn't put a family room in the back of the church like a lot of them do nowadays. I remember going to a different church when I was little and if I made noise my mom or dad would take me to the room so I and the other fidgeting kids, wouldn't disrupt service. Notre Dame doesn't have that. The church hosts blood drives every so often which is great, except that the last few times I haven't met the mark on donating. Definitely call them if you're interested and see what other drives they may have,

Was here today for a communion…read more Really nice modern church with a classic touch. Soaring high ceiling with exposed wood beams, beautiful stained glass windows, large stone wall behind the alter. Terrific sound system too. The outside grounds are well kept and manicured with statues and gardens all around. I normally prefer the older classic structures but I do like this one. As I had gone out at a uye the night before and was still feeling pretty crusty and hungover from the night's debauchery I somehow felt that me being in a church was just not right. Ha!

That's also a thing of the past. It was a revenue generator and community builder. Oh don't worry they'll just beg for money from you the parishioner instead. There is no sense of community at this church it's the exact opposite. I will no longer tithe nor visit.
