Unfortunately, I was calling right before spring break, so I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could get in... but they also put me on the cancellation list and I was able to get in a little sooner than expected. I love everything about this office. The front end staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is really warm and welcoming. I love the water feature in the waiting room... it's very calming. Sadly for me, it has been a couple of years since I've been to the dentist. After a bad experience with the last office, I just couldn't bring myself to go. Neither the dentist or the hygienist made me feel bad for not going in. In fact, the hygienist (who was very careful to remain professional and not bad mouth another dentist office) said she can actually understand why I was hesitant to go back. Anyway... all the staff were very respectful and made me genuinely want to go back to the dentist. The hygienist (Jodi - she's lovely) froze my mouth for the cleaning because I had a major amount of sensitivity and was having a hard time with the pain. She also split it up into two visits so it wasn't so daunting all at once. It was a great experience, and I'll be back!

I have a real fear of dentist's but they asked me my fears and concerns and made me feel at ease. There is this fantastic dentist Dr Brett Shkopich . He is my sons dentist. My son had a lot of work done on his teeth . Brett did a lot of filling and rebuilt some teeth and took some out. He was so good with him . What surprised me most that he actually took the time after hours to call me at home to see how my son was doing. For such a young man to really care about his patients is nice to see. He seems to have a very gentle touch of which I think we can all agree matters when dealing with such a sensitive part of the body as teeth. There was a couple times when he told me the pain would subside that to be honest I was skeptical but he was right. In fact he has always been right. He has worked on my wife and child's teeth and every bit of advice he gave turned out to be what is best for us. For example another dentist said my 9 year old son should have a filling on a baby tooth while Dr. Habib said if it's not hurting leave it as it will fall out anyway. Did all…read morethe legwork for running it through our insurance companies (which was a HUGE pain in the arse for me to deal with both so that saved me hours and a lot of stress). Dr. Mar is friendly and hilarious! They've always been on time for appts and throughout covid have made it easy and pain free. My kids are always happy when they leave and my husband, although he was reluctant to get Invisalign at 38 years old says all the staff and Dr's are awesome. Soo I'm not sure what the other side of the WHOLE story is with the other reviewer (1 star) for this business but I definitely found myself questioning what the issue was.... They replaced your broken retainer for free!! That must have really been the last straw hahaha. Anyway, we have not had any issues with the staff or treatment so far and I don't anticipate it as they go above and beyond to keep us informed and comfortable when we are there.
