We were here for a wedding a few weeks before the busy season of Martha's Vineyard began and maybe filled 1/3 of the room with close to 100 people. The acoustics are amazing and with just one girl singing into the microphone with the piano playing, it brought goosebumps to my arms. This church was built to carry harmony. We never got to venture into the downstairs portion, which I assume are classrooms and offices, but I just thought it was so unique to have a second story church, I truly enjoyed the experience!

It is $35 for enough lobster meat to make 2 rolls (rolls and chips are included), and you can choose between getting the traditional Maine-style lobster salad rolls, or getting just the lobster meat without mayo, so you can make your own Connecticut-style rolls at home. We ordered 8oz of lobster salad, and 8oz of lobster meat. We toasted all 4 buns, and then tossed the plain lobster meat in a garlic-lemon butter mixture to warm it up. Both types of rolls were fantastic, and it comes down to personal preference which type you like better, but I prefer the warm, buttery Connecticut-style rolls. The value for your money is the best on the Island, given that you can get a roll for $17.50 here where they cost $30 or more each other places on the island. Highly recommend getting lobster rolls here and supporting a good cause, and I will be returning in years to come!

All the members of this parish take great pride in helping one another and are always welcoming to visitors. The building itself is unique and the history behind the parish is just as unique. I appreciate that they still pay homage to the Portuguese settlers that constructed the building, even though the majority of the parish members are not Portuguese. This is definitely a great place to celebrate Mass, whether you are a resident of Falmouth or are visiting.
