Can you rate a church with stars? This one gets 5 from me! Smallish well maintained church building…read morein an established residential area. Great bones and I love their great sound system and neutral decor with changeable LED light accents (currently purple!) They have an actual coffee and 'treat' time to mingle afterwards. You can introduce yourself to the pastor (John Nehs, he's super down to earth!) and others. They greet you as you walk in the door, and seat you if desired. Also, they have an actual organ that is lovely! They have standing monthly schedule for communion (first Sunday of month, where the organ is played!) and prayer for healing (3rd Sunday.) They may have more standing activities. They have an active youth program that meets Wednesday nights, and goes on annual mission trips. There is a kids ministry, and a bunch of babies. People are nice and give you space unless you're also wanting to chat. So chat someone up!

I didn't take pictures of the inside but what I did is included pictures of the outside. Everyone here at this church is very friendly. What's really cool is that they pipe organ. This church actually is one of the older churches in Green Bay. I didn't want to be snapping pictures during the service, because I believe that's rude. But I did take pictures outside of it later on in the day when I was walking my dog. My dog and I have walked past this church for the last few years when I moved to Green Bay. I can't walk very far but my dog insists. So Sometimes we come past this church, and that's how I found out about it. If you are worried about this virus, this is a smaller church. And is another option. Everyone at the church is very friendly. I don't know if I would ever go back? But I just needed to see the inside of the church for myself and see the beautiful glass windows. Absolutely Beautiful inside the church and truly a treasured piece of history in the Green Bay area. Also, respectfully... It is a place of warship where believers gather. The congregation was very welcoming and warm. The services were inclusive and accessible. The Rabbi was engaging and had positive energy. It was a heartfelt experience.

This congregation used to be kind. Now it's a bunch of boomers, on power trips. No…read moreaccountability. I had a congregant say "Should I know you?" Who addresses anyone that way ever??? I was also deleted a bunch of times off the member list for no reason. Save your time and go to the shuls in the Fox Valley, or online. Services are sporadic, no consistency. They are ableist. Unless you have a large sum of money to donate, they really don't care about you. Back in the early 00s this place felt home like, now it's just a place that reminds me of traumas.
