I will admit, it was very overwhelming on my first visit but once you get connected with the community by attending Growth Track, joining and serving on a Dream Team, and attending Groups, you stop feeling like a number and start feeling like family. They have some many fun events throughout the year like Single/Marriage Nights, Womens/Mens Nights and they really encourage you to tell others to come and visit. Review: From the very first Sunday, Pastor Holly Rogers has preached a word of god through scripture and also relating it with every day struggles like anxiety, etc. Abundant Life Church has pews for seats and the auditorium is two stories (stairs to get to second floor seating) with a surplus of pews on the second floor. Every Sunday there is a prayer team that stands infront of the stage during praise and worship. They are there for anyone that needs prayer. I love the worship team so much I actually am trying out to be guitar player. Every message that Pastor Holly brings, she uses scripture and adds a hint of comedy throughout the service keeping everyone engaged. There are many groups to join and there are many opportunities to volunteer for. I attended this church for several months and recently decided to step back. The congregation is…read morefriendly, and the atmosphere is generally welcoming. Pastor Anderson is great! His sermons promote inclusivity with a level of biblical sophistication and articulation that can be applied to the modern world we live in. He and the rest of the pastors are kind and demonstrate so much class. However , I noticed a recurring issue that affected my worship experience. Toward the end of service--particularly during the benediction prayer--there is often a noticeable lack of decorum. Many congregants rush to leave early in an attempt to beat parking lot traffic, which is sometimes unavoidable regardless. This creates a distracting and irreverent environment during what should be one of the most sacred moments of the service. On one occasion, someone even bumped into me during prayer without saying excuse me while I still had my eyes closed. That moment made me feel that the reverence due to God and the closing prayer was not being honored. As someone who values old-school worship etiquette and the sanctity of the Word, this culture of rushing out during prayer was deeply disappointing. I believe the church could benefit from encouraging congregants to remain still until the benediction is fully concluded. If someone doesn't leave beforehand, they should respectfully wait until service is truly over. I hope to see the culture evolve so that the beauty and sacredness of worship can be fully preserved. I may return at some point but I'm found another church to go to for now.

My past experiences left me feeling like church was where you went to be fake and put on a happy face. I'm so grateful I gave Mosaic a shot. The pastor was real about brokenness and continually pointed back to how Jesus came for the lost and broken. The worship is great and the messages are grounded in scripture. I've since met my husband here and started a family. The kid's ministry is excellent - background checked volunteers who love and care for my kids. The small groups provide a setting to really get to know others either in a more casual social group or to grow spiritually. Love this church and recommend it to anyone whether you've never stepped foot in a church before or you've grown up in church.
