I emailed them and was told accounting would look into the issue. 2 weeks passed and no correction. I followed up with Amy who was also perplexed that this had not been resolved especially since their Aspect portal showed that the tenants had deposited rent. End of August I received no deposit from either rental property even though rent had been paid to CherryHill. I have sent 10 emails with the same answer.... we will forward this to accounting, but accounting has not provided a single response to my 14 emails sent as of 9/8/2019. I have left messages on their phones every other day, and received no response. I wonder if they are closing their business? If I ever get compensated or this issue is resolved, I will update my Yelp friends.

We were in town for several days and this place turned out to be perfect for us. It is located directly on the river and across the street from the best golf course in the area. We rented a comfortable, furnished studio apartment compete with a small kitchen. The place was very clean and fresh, with quality linens and mattress. The manager told us that they had recently completed a renovation and it showed. I especially appreciated the free laundry facility, which is also new. It was a real treat to sit on the private beach and watch the freighters move up and down the river. We return to St. Clair every year and will definitely make this our home base from now on.
