Children's Garden of Learning has far exceeded our expectations. Outside of the classroom they run, play, explore, travel on foot, buses and gondolas, hold hands, stick together, and have become brave little adventurers. In the classroom the teachers guide the kids through everything from learning letters to expressing emotions to solving problems independently and my daughter has matured dramatically in her time here. She has advanced her social skills, built confidence and self-esteem, and is curious about the world around her thanks to this team. I know she will succeed in Kindergarten. We are so grateful and will never forget our time at Children's Garden of Learning.

She also does paint and sip, as well as sip and spin pottery classes for adults; and let me tell you, what she offers for the price is far superior to what I got in a similar pottery class in Seattle where I currently reside. She walks every person through the process in such a way that everyone learns something and each person ends up with a beautiful piece of pottery they can be proud of. It is so obvious that she loves what she does and her business success is apparent, because of it. She's one of those people who make you feel like a friend of the family-- she often remembers your name, and does everything to make you feel right at home in her shop. It is truly a blessing to be a dance mom and have my daughter dancing with this studio. The whole stafff encourages even the littlest dancer to their potential to rise above and shine. The festival is very well organized, fairly priced, beautiful venue -- and there are so many other things to do in Vail. We will continue to come every summer. Van Zweden is amazing, even though he's ending his NY Philarmonic tenure soon -- I think he is still getting better. The Dvorak yesterday was phenomenal. The energy he puts out is just -- wow. This is real classical music, real art -- the way it was intended. I highly recommend Bravo Vail and we'll continue coming back as long as the music is good! Great work everyone.

Just attended the concert with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields with Joshua Bell violin. A…read moreworld class performance for sure. We had second row center seats and the acoustics were super. You could really appreciate the talent of Bell as he became one with the music. Two Beethoven pieces Inc the 4th Symphony and a violin concerto completed the evening. The orchestra was superb in every way. There are no words good enough to describe Bell's performance. He is so animated it is hard to understand how he can control the violin but can he control it - absolutely. This may be their last performance at Vail and most are disappointed. If you really like classical music Spring for seats that are covered sit back and totally enjoy the magnificent performances.

We've trusted both of our…read morekids with their instruction, and every time the instructors have been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. It's clear they know how to make kids feel comfortable while also helping them build skills and confidence on the mountain. Every year we put them in atleast one lesson so they remember the basics. The entire process is also very easy to navigate, which makes a huge difference. Especially on that first day when things can feel a little hectic. From check-in to getting them settled, everything runs smoothly and takes away any stress. Another big plus is the pick-up and drop-off location. It's centrally located on the mountain, making it super convenient to get the kids where they need to be and meet up afterward without any hassle, cause some days get very busy.

Some instructors apparently need be reminded they are in a hired role. Their position is to be of service, to follow instruction. Their's is not the role of principal, extended family leader or guest. They are not equals in the equation, they are staff contracted. Ski in. Ski out. Buh bye. While expectations may be different in class settings, what I've outlined should be the standard dynamic when an instructor is assigned to a family.
