Omg!!! My dad passed last week Friday, (nov1,2025) and my daughter from out of town wanted to send her grandma (my mom) a sympathy arrangement. After a hold, A employee comes to the phone and tells her they had a previous complaint on an order and had to issue a refund so they would rather not take the order and advised her to call another florist. I stopped in to get a floral arrangement for my wife in celebration of our anniversary. I was met by Jo. She asked.a few pertinent questions to get an idea of what kind of arrangement and my budget. She informed me that they would have the flowers ready in about 20 minutes and invited me to come back, or that I was welcome to wait and look around the gift shop.9 About 15 minutes later, Kim brought out the beautiful arrangement in the pictures. Based on the price I was quoted this was a much better and larger arrangement than I expected. They packaged this arrangement with a cardboard base that is designed to stabilize the vase so I could safely deliver the flowers. I thought this was a very customer-centric addition, and I appreciated this extra touch. Jo had warned me that if I looked around the shop that I would likely buy more stuff. Well, I did look around the shop, and I did buy more stuff for my wife for Christmas. I enjoy having a local florist that I can walk into to see what they have, rather than the online only florists. I like the personal touch. I saw some green houseplant arrangements that I intend to get at another time. Another good part of this experience is that I was able to get some professional advice from Kim about the proper care of some houseplants that I already own. Jo and Kim were friendly and helpful. This florist is wonderful. Their work is beautiful. You will be very happy that you have decided to use them. I called St Cloud Florist this morning hoping to send something out to my sister. They were so sweet and accommodating and put together a spectacular arrangement that was very reasonably priced which they have already delivered to her house! The main reason I am leaving this review is because I almost did not call this florist because I saw that they didn't have that many stars. Luckily, I read the review that has dragged down their rating and to that dissatisfied customer I have to say - those lilies in that arrangement BLOOM and then look exactly like the picture that was referenced, it is kind of how flowers work!! To anyone considering this florist, I highly recommend them. Call and talk to someone about what you want instead of relying on internet pictures. Funny thing about ordering flowers - they grow in nature (crazy, I know) and therefore sizes, shapes, and colors are not regulated. If you want the exact thing that you see online, then send some artificial flowers and spare everyone else the drama. read more

I talked to Kim (the owner) about sending a dozen roses to my wife's work for her birthday. I told her that last time I sent her flowers that they were not fresh and were delivered in a wicker basket that was falling apart. She ensured me that she will send fresh flowers. She tricked me into spending $64 for special they had going on. In the end my wife received old roses which had all the dead pedals plucked off.
