I paid for the upgraded premium quality arrangement to ensure my mother would receive the most beautiful flowers possible. My mother received the flowers and I asked her to send a picture of them. They were HORRIBLE! Nothing like what it looked like in the picture. The flowers appeared almost dead, there were so many leaves. I wish I could just get my money back.
