I was traveling through St. Cloud this morning and this guy from St. Cloud Towing and Collision was driving very recklessly and at a very high rate of speed (exceeding 50 mph in a heavily congested area) on 192/Irlo Bronson Parkway through downtown St. Cloud. I witnessed him make sudden lane changes and cut off other drivers. Thank god he didn't have a car on his rig. After witnessing his careless and erratic driving, I would not trust them to tow my vehicle. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst towing and collision shop I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and take advantage of hard-working people. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare. My insurance company sent them out to tow my vehicle to a repair shop. The guy never towed the vehicle and offered to do the repair work himself. He took my money for the parts and promised to do work he never did. I asked for my money back and never received it. There is also a part missing from my vehicle that he still has. My car has been sitting in the driveway for over a month with parts missing and not together. I was told his brother owns this company and he works for him. The guys name is Joshua Mercado Diaz. I spoke to the manager, Andy and he promised to get me my money back but I've been waiting for almost a week. I would have never trusted this guy if he wasn't sent by State Farm from a reputable company. I'm just too distraught about all of this. The company is leaving it up to me to file a civil suit. Hard to write when so much has transpired. STAY AWAY from this shop I had to take Richard Mendes to court, he kept my car 3 YEARS and he lawyered up with Boggin Munns and Munns (Mechanics and lawyers have a reputation that evens them up, with a few exemptions) he dragged the case as long as he could, took my money did not repair the car and lie under oath ALL the time, unfortunately for whatever reason the judge did not see it, even though I have proof of his lies. He said I had no insurance, I did, he said the car electrical could not be fixed unless I pay him a crazy amount of money because the airbags deployed, not true the airbags did not deploy. Spoke with a rude man on the phone that told me to get my car at 6:30pm. Now I find that odd cuz the place closes at 5. Nevertheless he tells me he'll have a driver there for me. I go a little early to make sure I don't miss anything and the people there are Confused so they call him and he said I missed it cuz they "closed" and I was supposed to call him before 5 mind you out call ended at 4:21.. very very bad experience read more

I wish I could give lower. I have been waiting over two hours for them to pick up my car through progressive. Their tracker said they were 15 min away. Suddenly it all switched and went to 71min. Then all kinds of times. The tracker then showed them in north Orlando. I can make it to their shop in 45 min. After 3.5 hours I cancelled. You can't contact them as they don't answer and their voicemail is full. What a pathetic company. I cancelled also because I refuse to give incompetent businesses money. Saint Cloud Towing and Recovery was a party to illegally removing a vehicle from the pool area in the Esprit Subdivision in Saint Cloud. The parking area is not marked correctly and a phone call to them confirmed that they knew that to be the case. They refused to allow the lawful "custodian" to get the car requiring that the registered owner travel from Ohio to retrieve the car. When the registered owner arrived at the business, they were required to pay cash rather than use a card as the law clearly allows. We are going to bring legal action against Axcess Management and Saint Cloud Towing and Recovery. If you have been a victim of their illegal activity, please contact me. read more

STAY AWAY FROM ST CLOUD TOWING AND COLLISION! This place doesn't even deserve any star let alone one star. The business is shady, unethical, and illegal. They are out to trick their customers and the insurance companies for money. I had my car towed there for repair and it took them months only to order parts, which who knows if they even did. They told us that they will update us on the process, but we were the ones who called in every single time, and EVERY TIME, it was either they are ordering more parts or some of the parts are out of stock so they can continue to rack up more storage free. What's worse, they requested an insane amount of payment from my car insurance company on the 2nd appraisal, and still use the same excuse of waiting for parts or parts that are out of stock when we called multiple times. My car is now deemed as a total loss and when my car insurance company went to pick up the car, they demand them to pay for a ridiculous storage fee. Do not trust this place, if you don't want to be ripped off, go somewhere else! read more

The owner of this company RICHARD is the biggest liar and never knows what's going on with his own business or workers. I had a fender bender and he told me 3 days and my car would love like new. A month later, everyday phone calls, and two paychecks from my insurance company (because he kept finding "issues" that weren't even an issues when I dropped it off). I go to pick up my car after a month for him to show me my car with the bumper barely attached, the paint peeling, my bumper has screws going through the grill!, scratches that weren't there before, my car missing a bunch of small things that were never put back on when they assembled it and all of my lights on my dashboard are flashing saying for me not to drive it. And he declined to do anymore work to the car because the insurance company would cut him another check. My car is in worse condition and now has FRAME DAMAGE. LOL THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE! The old bitter woman In his front office that lets him commit insurance fraud in front of her everyday and she doesn't tell a soul, just writes estimates and claims they did the work when they didn't. She wouldn't even show me the estimate she was giving my insurance company because it was for them and not me.... ITS MY CAR. And I have every right to know what's being done to my car. If my insurance is not reimbursed, my insurance and I will be suing him separately for the "repairs" he made, the further damage he caused to my car, and the month I had to lose work and money for. STAY AWAY!!! The driver was great, but the owner and his way of doing business is shady at best. I called to get a quote for a tow and was told $135 to go 6 miles. They picked up my car and I had to help get my car on the flatbed. Then once we got it to my house and off the truck, I attempted to pay and the owner told me the $135 price was a cash only deal. I do t have $135 laying around, so I had to use my cc and that's when I was told that if I use a cc, then I would have to pay tax and a 5% "convenience fee". The total went up to $150.44! So this means this business is cheating on their taxes and not claiming their true income as a business. My next call will be to the BBB to report this scam! read more

I called them and they answered immediately. They showed up within 30 minutes with a great attitude and a smile. My son is 17 y/o and made a bad choice on the road to take. But he learned a lesson. DO NOT GO. RICHARD MENDES IS A THEIF, LIAR AND A POS. My Mercedes got hit by a truck and my car was sent there to be repaired. It took them months to repair and when I received my vehicle, car parts were missing. Then, my coolant leaked out and when I told him, he took it back to fix it. Then when I got it back, it leaked out again. RICHARD MENDEZ SWORE he did everything right and we came to an agreement to get it inspected by Mercedes. He picked up my vehicle and hid it at his shop WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called the cops and they did nothing. When I got there he charged me a towing fee & supplemental charges that's suppose to be for INSURANCE ONLY in which he already got paid for and refused payment from my family - CASH ONLY & ONLY FROM ME. I wish I could give them a -0 review, William (the owner) towered my car after it was involved in a car accident, he then told me "we fix cars too so we can take care of you." As soon as I gave them business the nightmare started. Took over 1 month to fix the car and he didn't even let me test drive, he wanted his money first. He makes his own policy which is not even in the contract that I signed. Then he started to use foul language saying "f* the law" and then threatening me saying "I'm from the streets, whats up" only because I wanted to test drive the car before I paid the full amount. Wow, where do I begin... I originally took my old car to get partially painted and they did an ok job. Later I wrecked my baby a 2018 Mustang, and decided to give the small business owner the business vs taking to the dealership where i know its guaranteed to be done right. Wow, what a big mistake I made for giving St. Cloud Towing and Collision the business. Took him over a month to get the job done, and the damages where not major. Then when I picked up the car it was dirty, so i couldn't see the imperfections. His excuse was it has been raining, so he couldn't detail the car. When I finally washed my car, I noticed a ton of imperfections on the paint job. My car is black, so it is ez to see the blemishes. I took the car back and he told me it will take 3 days to have his paint guy to correct the problem. The car sat at his shop for over a month and they didn't touch it until the very end. They only worked on it for only 1 day vs the 3 days he told me, and he hired someone else to attempt to detail the car and not fix the over spray, fish eye, and scratches. He is very bad at returning texts and phone calls and passes the buck and directs you to speak to the office and when you call the office they tell me i need to speak to him. End result he gave me the car back without fixing any of the "Paint Issues? I will be taking him to small claims court; he will not get away with this and if anyone else has a similar issue don't contact the BBB because he appears he doesn't care about his rating. Please avoid using this shop at all costs. As you can see I am not the only one that has been screwed over, everyone that has posted had a bad experience.
